121 Business Coach specialists in training across cultures In this latest contraction of the Spanish economy it has become a matter of urgency to sell to all nationalities living and working in Spain. As businesses strive to expand through development and penetration of product and services to traditionally non Spanish speakers it is important to understand how these nationalities and their cultures think. All sales people and business professionals know first impressions are everything. Whether launching a new product, delivering a sales presentation or representing your company at an overseas exhibition, how you are received will be based on how you act and what you say.
