HUD Declaration Deed

1. DECLARATION

______________________________________________ hereby declare that we have formed a Hindu
Undivided Family (HUF) in name & style of ____________________________ HUF with effect from
____/ ____/ __________. The joint income of the family will be assessed in HUF for the purpose
of Income Tax. ________________________ is the head & soul of the family. All the activities of
HUF will be controlled by Karta of the HUF. ______________________________ (adult member of
family) also authorized to sign the documents of the HUF in absence of Karta. Consisting
members of the said HUF are as follows:-
