Abstract: LeanUX is bridging the gap between Design Thinking and Agile. While teams are embracing experimentation, it is important that your teams don't waste all of their time running experiments on unimportant + known aspects of your product. Assumptions Mapping is a LeanUX exercise that gives you the power to facilitate a conversation with your team and enable them to focus on what matters.
