What is Leadership?
A simple definition of leadership is that it is an art of leading or motivating a group of people
or an organization to achieve a desired goal.
It is one of the most important qualities in any kind of region such as in Business or in Politics
or in a Community based region.
Leadership Qualities involve a good sound voice, making tough and faithful decisions which
can be acceptable for all the followers, making a task for achieving a particular goal, creating
knowledge-based surrounding for the followers for achieving goals, etc.
