STRATEGY AND
GOVERNANCE
◇◇Ensure LC needs are input into the national strategies so that projects
will help address some of your bottlenecks ( not to fix all your problems
but fix the problems the national team are most able to do)
◇◇Meeting your MCP/MC Coaches , to get/receive feedback on NATIONAL
STRATEGY. [ including where EB are having challenges in MCEB
strategies ]
◇◇Meeting with National P group to craft out any needed changes in
legislation. (ideally any national legislation needs to went through the P
group discussion first)

Creating a clear direction for the LC and make sure all strategies and
projects are following the direction

Management
Ensuring that the plan is clear and complete
Ensure the plan is integrated into your tracking processes and that people
know how you will be tracking them and what will happen if a) things don’t
go
to plan, b) outcome is not met
Review the plan and/or performance in EB meetings so everyone can see
who and what is performing well and what might need attention or support
Have checkpoints where you do your own semester or quarterly
reviews (engage the wider management team or LC in this)
Ensuring all the KM ( Year Plan, Re-Plan, QR report and Final Report] is
being transit gen by gen.
18. Succession program
Adapt local succession timeline to national timeline
Identifying successor for leadership pipeline for LCP
Preparation for election
Design LCP application
Preparation for transition with elect LCP
Lead current EB for transition with elect team
