1. Sales/Account Manager
Minimum work experience: 5+ years (in UAE)
The Sales/Account manager will be an integral member of the team, driving new business and maintaining contacts throughout tenure.
The ideal candidate will use existing and new contacts to attract business and generate sales by bringing in new jobs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Client account management for existing and new accounts
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports of key statistics and
forecasts
• Liaise effectively with operations and production teams to
ensure the job reaches the clients full expectations
• Effective communications skills with all departments
• Attend meetings, client briefings, networking events,
exhibition events etc.
• Lead, motivate and provide oversight, day-to-day
management, and guidance to the sales executive
• Lead and inspire direct reports to improve performance
• Working on site during and running up the shows
• Recommend and implement agreed sales strategy
• Report directly to the General Manager; for monthly business
development strategies
Key Skills:
• The role requires a dedicated person who can work
independently with minimum supervision
• As a client facing role the ideal candidate should be
presentable and reliable
• Major Accounts Sales and Sales Management experience
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales
targets
• Management experience would be desirable although not
essential
• Independent, self-motivated, resilient, determined, assertive,
good objection handler, capable of working under pressure to
tight deadlines and prioritizing
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communicator,
authoritative and credible diplomat/ambassador
• Commercially astute, capable of adding value to the unit and
company
• Ability to seize new business opportunities
• Fluent in English (bonus for Arabic)
