Position : I&C Engineer, Operation and Warranty engineer.
 Banha Power Station consists of two GE gas turbine 2X250 MW combined
with two Ansaldo Caldaie HRSGs and one Ansaldo energia steam turbine
1X250 MW
 Duties & Responsibilities :
- ALL field instruments (thermocouples ,vibration ,flow ,pressure and
level transmitters , all servo valves and pneumatic actuators )
Calibration & Installations & commissioning & loop check with
control system
- Monitor daily installation progress and check all activities at site
according to engineering drawings.
- Prepares and keep the documentation of the daily progress report.
- Calibration of all field instruments at labor before installation.

- Field Instruments, control loops, DCS system (yokogawa) and BMS
system maintenance.
- Carry out walk down with all disciplines officially and make punch
items to release commissioning to start.
- HRSGs line up and initial filling.
- Carry out steam blowing for all steam lines.
- Carry out all boiler Pumps and motors solo run and heat run tests.
- Safety valves pop up testing and test gags removing.
- Function check for all signals and valves.
- Startup/shut down sequence checking as per manufacture instructions.
- Trouble shooting supporting and maintenance program making as per
vendor recommendations.
- Documents making and turn over all packages to owner
- Trouble shooting supporting and following the maintenance activities
as per vendor recommendation.
- Managing on site the punch items list that shall to be closed during
warranty period as conducting and arranging the manpower and
materials with subcontractors those are involved in contract.
- Proceed the Warranty rules for guaranty the components of AC boilers
HRSGs against the malfunction defects and support both of the
operation team and the maintenance groups to follow the perfect
procedures of work otherwise the reports are sent to employer to show
him the responsibility of the defects.
- Managing on site the warranty claims that being closed after repairing
or fixing or rejecting and documenting that by sending official letter to
owner.
- Managing on site the spare parts that being consumed during warranty
period by order to manufacturers.
- Prepare documentation for predictive maintenance plan and schedule.

Military service with Egyptian armed forces as I&C Engineer for electrical

Frequency Identification (RFID) is a short range radio technology for
communication between two objects namely, a reader and a tag. There are several
types of RFID tags based on power source, including passive tags, active tags and
semi-passive tags. Because of its simplicity for use, the passive RFID system has
been used for many years in various RF remote sensing applications, specifically
in access control and animal tracking applications.

Line follower robot :
I made a line follower robot with PIC16F84A microprocessor equipped with 4 IR
sensors. This robot can run on the black and white lines.
Advanced industrial robot :
Robots are used in many areas to position work pieces quickly and accurately.
Some robots, which are not limited to vertical movements, contains multiple
joints groups allows it to simulate a human arm movements. These parts must be
articulated high swing accuracy and high rigidity to ensure that give it a sudden
stop en route .
minesweepers robot:
The problem of landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) contamination
hinders economic development in many developing countries in the world.
Minesweepers: Towards a Landmine-free World is the first international outdoor
robotic competition on humanitarian demining. It aims at raising the public
awareness of the seriousness of the landmines and UXOs contamination and the
role of science and technology in solving this problem and motivates professors,
engineers and students working on innovative solutions for this serious problem
.Minesweepers: Towards a Landmine-free World is sponsored and hosted this
year by the German University in Cairo (GUC). The competition is supported by
Executive Secretariat for the Demining & Development of the North West Coast,
Ministry of International Cooperation, Mines Action & Human Rights Foundation
and Protection against Armaments & Consequences and African Robotics
Network (AFRON).
- Quadcopter :
There are numerous advantages to using quadcopters as versatile test
platforms. They are relatively cheap, available in a variety of sizes and their
simple mechanical design means that they can be built and maintained by
amateurs.
Production line :
A simplified method for the design and programming of the production line at the
lowest cost and suitable many factories.
