• Use Colours for reminding tasks.

• Set 15 min planning at night
• Write down all tasks for tomorrow
• Sleep early (Sunnah after Isha) (NO FB)
• Wake up at Fajr (preferably Tahajjud)
• Stay awake and feel extra time
• Go for exercise
• Go through your task list
• Estimate time for each task and SAFE ZONE
• Find your peak energy time

• Remove all distractions
• 25 min + 5 min break
• Ideas comes write it on a paper
• Our salaf -few books - lot of knowledge
