Overall objective:

8. Training Principles
In order to yield the best course results, the following principles will be followed
to reach the Training objectives.

9. Materials:
A number of modern materials & visual aids will be used as per requirements of
the participants like Laptop, Multimedia projector, Flip chart, white board, VIPP
board, VIPP cards, Poster paper, Scotch tape, A4 size paper, Marker pen, Pencil,
Pen, Name card, Flip chart board, Masking tape, Handout, Formats, Photo
camera etc.
10. Methodology:
Participatory approach will be followed in the whole Training process. Encourage
participants to involve in group work and individual exercise with active
participation. The methods will some sort of learning by doing. The program is
anchored on action learning methodology where the participants play an active
role in simulation games, role-play and experience sharing. There is a minimum
of lectures and a maximum of experiential and action learning exercises. The
uniqueness of the methodology is that the facilitators do not spoon-feed the
participants. Rather, the participants themselves derive the learning points of the
various actives and internalize their application into their own real world. The
workshop will design based on participant needs and as hands on methods will
follow the whole program including experience sharing, group work,
demonstration, live & practical example, individual exercise, question & answer,
Brainstorming, open discussion, experience sharing and presentation.

11. Quality Assurance Mechanism:
The facilitator’s team will arrange a discussion session and share their views &
ideas to ensure the program quality before starting the Training
The facilitator’s team will hold meetings every day after class to review the
day's events and to plan for the following day's session’s delivery. The team
reviewed post delivery outcomes to find out gaps, if any, between participants
learning and objective attainment.
Before conduction, the facilitators prepared his/her class materials as per
program schedule before starting the session
The facilitator will evaluate the trainee at the end of each session through
question-answer. Further, to receive feedback from the participants to
improve the course and address to next session.
12. Evaluation:
Each participant will be evaluated through written pre-post tests mainly on
subject based knowledge through structured questionnaire.
The last day of program, participants will evaluate the whole program through
prescribed format where they will provide their positive and negative reaction.
All the reactions, observations, comments, and suggestions will equally be
treated as valuable information and will be taken into consideration for the
improvements of the training program.
13. Resource person:
All the facilitators who have experienced on entrepreneurship development
program will be act as facilitators and conduct the session as per program
schedule. All the sessions will be practically demonstrated and will use learning
by doing methodology. All are technically sound and experienced in livelihood
and have ability to facilitate participatory program.
14.Time frame:
The Training will be held on 26th February to 02nd March 2015
15. Reporting:
After completion of the Training, facilitator will prepare a report by incorporating
all the observations, comments, and suggestions taken during the Training with
annexure attendance sheet, program schedule with sign, summary of pre-post
assessment, summary of evaluation, photo.
