• Natural Resources are Resources that come
from nature.
• Thus water is an important Natural resource.
5. Why do we need water ?
• Water is probably the most important resource on
Earth.
• Our body is approximately 60 percent water, your brain
is 70 percent water. In fact, we could only live for a
few days without drinking water.
• We also need water to grow plants and care for
animals, cook our food, bathe and brush our teeth,
flush the toilet, and wash our clothes.
6. How do We use Water ?
Some uses of water are: Household, Recreational and Personal
activities
Personal use-
-To drink it When thirsty, To take a shower.
House hold use-
-Wash clothes and dishes, To turn off an accidental flame.
Recreational use-
-Used in swimming pools and Tubs.
