1.­ Denominación:​ IBERJOYA
FOREVER. SALÓN PROFESIONAL
DE JOYERÍA, PLATERÍA,
RELOJERÍA, GEMAS, INDUSTRIAS
Y SERVICIOS AFINES.
IBERJOYA FOREVER es un Salón
profesional dirigido a empresarios/as
y profesionales del sector de joyería,
su naturaleza es empresarial y
profesional sin que se permita el
acceso al público (consumidores
finales y particulares). La
periodicidad es anual y los/las
expositores/as, nacionales o
extranjeros/as del mismo deben
desarrollar una actividad del sector o
necesaria para éste en el caso de
tratarse de actividades afines.
En IBERJOYA FOREVER pueden
estar presentes, como
expositores/as, empresarios/as y
profesionales de segmentos del
sector o relacionados con éste tales
como fabricantes y comercializadores

NAME AND STATUS OF THE FAIR,

1. NAME​: IBERJOYA
FOREVER. PROFESSIONAL
FAIR FOR JEWELRY,
SILVER GOODS,
WATCHMAKING, GEMS AND
RELATED SERVICES AND
INDUSTRIES
IBERJOYA FOREVER is a
professional Fair aimed at
entrepreneurs and professionals in
the jewelry sector, its nature is
“business to business” and
professional, with no access allowed
to the general public (final
consumers). Its frequency is annual
and the exhibitors, whether Spanish
or foreign, must develop activities
related to the sector, or needed by it.
In IBERJOYA FOREVER, exhibitors,
entrepreneurs, and professionals of
the sector or related ones such as
manufacturers of gold or silver

AUTORIZACIONES Y CÓMPUTOS
DE PLAZOS
1.­ Autorizaciones
Cuando la presente normativa se
refiera a la necesidad de autorización
para la realización de cualquier
acción, ésta será siempre escrita. En
ningún caso, serán reputadas como
válidas las autorizaciones verbales.
2.­ Cómputo de plazos.
Cuando en las normas de
participación y uso de instalaciones o
en cualquier otro formulario o
referencia de la web, los plazos se
expresen en meses se contará de

AUTHORIZATIONS AND TERM
CALCULATIONS
1. Authorization
When the present regulation refers to
the need for an authorization for
undertaking any kind of activity, the
authorization will always be a written
one. Under no circumstances, will a
verbal authorization be deemed valid.

aplicándose la misma regla del
párrafo anterior a los supuestos de
festivos.
ACEPTACIÓN EXPRESA DE LAS
NORMAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN Y
USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES.
A efectos del presente documento,
es EXPOSITOR/A la persona física o
jurídica que dispone de un espacio
físico para su uso comercial o de
promoción en IBERJOYA FOREVER.
SALÓN DE JOYERÍA, PLATERÍA,
RELOJERÍA, GEMAS, INDUSTRIAS
Y SERVICIOS AFINES.
Sin embargo, en relación a la
promoción previa del Salón, para que
los visitantes puedan conocer la
identidad de quienes expondrán en el
mismo, se considera expositor/a a la
persona física o jurídica que haya
realizado la reserva de espacio con
el primer pago exigido por la
organización del evento o a quien se
encuentre en una situación análoga
en el supuesto de colaboración
institucional o empresarial.
Es VISITANTE la persona física o
jurídica que accede al Salón
IBERJOYA FOREVER, en su

EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF THE
RULES FOR PARTICIPATION AND
USE OF FACILITIES.
For the purposes of the present
document, EXHIBITOR means any
natural or legal person disposing of a
physical space for commercial or
promotional use in IBERJOYA
FOREVER. JEWELRY, SILVER
GOODS, WATCHMAKING, GEMS
AND RELATED INDUSTRIES AND
SERVICES.
Nevertheless, regarding the previous
promotion of the Fair, so that visitors
can get to know the identity of those
who will exhibit in said event, the
natural or legal person that has made
a reservation of space by presenting
the first payment demanded by the
event management or whoever is in a
similar situation in the case of

los visitantes aceptan previamente a
su estancia, presencia y actuaciones
en el Salón, las normas de
participación y uso de instalaciones
en todo aquello que les afecte.
El presente documento contiene la
mayor parte de la normativa que
afecta a quienes estén presentes en
el Salón y recoge las directrices y
obligaciones establecidas por la
gestora del recinto sin perjuicio de
que existan otras normas,
consideradas de interés menor, que
no se reflejan en el presente
documento.
Toda la normativa así como
condiciones generales y requisitos
específicos figuran en cualquiera de
los elementos de información que se
emiten desde MADRID DESTINO y
desde IBERJOYA FOREVER/SPAIN
EXCELLENCE, los cuales estarán a
disposición de los/as interesados/as
en los sitios web de ambas
entidades. En todo caso, compete al
expositor/a o visitante, solicitarlas si
desea asegurarse del total contenido
de las mismas pues internet no es un
elemento inexpugnable y la
normativa puede variar en algunos
en algunos matices que pueden no
ser recogidos puntualmente.
Para cualquier tipo de actuación que
no se recoja expresamente en el
presente documento, el interesado
deberá solicitar permiso por escrito

conditions and specific requisites

DESTINO and from IBERJOYA
FOREVER/SPAIN EXCELLENCE,
which will be at the disposition of the
public on the websites of both
entities. In any case, it is up to the
exhibitor or the visitor, to request
them if they want to familiarize
themselves with the complete
contents of the aforementioned
information documents since the
Internet is not a reliable element and
the regulations can vary in some
nuances that may not be included in
a timely manner.
For any type of action not included
expressly in the present document,
the interested person must demand

CONTRATACIÓN PARA
PARTICIPAR EN IBERJOYA
FOREVER.
1.­ Objeto de la contratación y
cumplimiento del requisito legal de
garantía de asistencia al certamen
de titulares de actividades
económicas incluidas en la
calificación y clasificación de
IBERJOYA FOREVER
Los/as participantes expositores/as
podrán contratar espacio, stands
modulares o de libre diseño. En todo
caso, el expositor estará obligado a
contratar la promoción, la energía, y,
en su caso, si así lo considera
anualmente SPAIN EXCELLENCE o
la normativa ferial lo obligara, un
seguro multiferia y de
responsabilidad civil. Por otro lado,
podrá contratar si así lo desea
servicios especiales que pueden ser
complementarios al montaje de su
stand, así como otros elementos de
promoción, de limpieza, etc. SPAIN
EXCELLENCE no podrá rechazar la
solicitud de participación de cualquier
interesado/a, sea éste/a de
nacionalidad española o de cualquier
otra nacionalidad, sin motivo
justificado ni podrá excluir a ningún/a
expositor/a sin una causa razonada
entre las que se encuentran que la
actividad del solicitante no se incluya
dentro de las actividades del Salón,
la falta de espacio, el incumplimiento
de la normativa de participación en
cuanto al tiempo y forma de realizar
la solicitud o la falta de entrega de
documentos a la Organización que
acrediten el cumplimiento de la
legislación vigente y de la presente
normativa.

PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE TO
PARTICIPATE IN IBERJOYA
FOREVER
1. Subject matter of the
procurement and fulfillment
of the legal requirement to
guarantee attendance of the
event for the licensees of
economic activities included
in IBERJOYA FOREVER’s
qualification and
classification
The exhibitors participating may rent
space, modular or free­design
stands. In any case, the exhibitor will
be obliged to pay for promotion and
advertisement, electricity, and if the
fair regulations demands so, a
public­liability multi­fair insurance. On
the other hand, it will be possible to
hire, if they wish, special services that
can be complementary to the
installation of their stand, as well as
other elements such as promotion,
cleaning, etc. SPAIN EXCELLENCE
will not be able to reject the
application of any interested party, be
they of Spanish nationality or any
other one, without a valid reason nor
will it be able to exclude any exhibitor
without reasonable cause, such as
the activity of the applicant not being
included among the activities of the
Fair, lack of space, non­observance
of the regulations regarding
application, or lack of documents
required to prove compliance with
current laws and present legislation.

8.
La participación en cada edición
anual de IBERJOYA FOREVER se
ajustará a las condiciones, precios,
plazos y fórmulas de pago que se
establezcan por la organización así
como a la previa aceptación de las
normas de participación. Tales
condiciones se harán figurar en la
web de IBERJOYA FOREVER pero
en todo caso, a solicitud del/ de la
interesado/a, se remitirán al/ a la
mismo/a vía email.
La contratación se formalizará
cuando SPAIN EXCELLENCE acepte
por cualquier medio escrito, incluida
la vía electrónica por email, la
solicitud de participación con todos
los elementos que en ella se
expresen.
2.­ Prohibición expresa de
compartir espacio o stand.
Queda totalmente prohibido que una
empresa o profesional ceda a otra o
a otro/a profesional espacio y otros
elementos necesarios para la
exposición en el Salón referenciado.
En el supuesto de que dos o más
empresas deseen participar
conjuntamente en un espacio
deberán solicitarlo a la organización
del evento y hacer expresa mención
de ello en la solicitud formal. En
ningún caso cabe la cesión o
participación conjunta en los stands
de número mínimo de metros.
3.­ Renuncia expresa por parte de
un/a expositor/a a la participación​.
Se presumirá que hay una renuncia
tácita a participar en el salón cuando
un/una expositor/a hubiera pagado
en el plazo correspondiente un pago
pero​dejara de realizar los siguientes
Participation in every yearly edition of
IBERJOYA FOREVER will be
adjusted to conditions, prices,
deadlines, and payment formulas as
established by the organization, as
well as the previous acceptance of
the rules for participation. Such
conditions will appear on the
IBERJOYA FOREVER website but in
any case, they will be sent via e­mail
if requested by the interested party.
Procurement will be formalized when
SPAIN EXCELLENCE accepts by
any written means, including e­mail,
the participation application with all
elements expressed in it.
2. Outright ban on sharing spaces
or stands
The cession from a company or
professional of space or other
elements needed for the exhibit to
another professional is completely
prohibited.
In case that two or more companies
wish to participate in a joint space
they will need to submit a request to
the event organization and explicitly
specify such in the request. Under no
circumstances, the cession or joint
participation in minimum­sized stands
will be allowed.
3. Express waiver of participation
from an exhibitor.
A tacit waiver of participation in the
fair will be presumed when an
exhibitor has stopped making
payments on time, even if they have
made the first one.. In such a case,
the entity will be excluded from the
fair and the Organizer will not refund
any amount of money, the Organizer

podrá poner a disposición de la lista

Si un/a expositor/a renunciara a su
participación en el Salón ​durante la
celebración del mismo​, SPAIN
EXCELLENCE no procederá a la
devolución de ninguna cuantía
económica cobrada y se reservará el
derecho a reclamar una
indemnización por daños y perjuicios
ocasionados a la imagen del Salón.
Si la renuncia se produce en el
período comprendido entre el cierre
del penúltimo ​plazo ​y el inicio del
último ​plazo del pago​, no sólo no se
procederá a la devolución de ninguna
cantidad cobrada sino que el/la
renunciante deberá satisfacer a
SPAIN EXCELLENCE el importe total
de su participación. SPAIN
EXCELLENCE, además, podrá
ofrecer a otro/a interesado/a el lugar
que ocupaba el/la renunciante.
4.­ Servicios especiales.
Los servicios especiales se
calcularán de acuerdo con las
peticiones realizadas en la solicitud
de participación y se facturarán en el
último plazo previsto para consolidar
el derecho a participar.
RÉGIMEN DE
RESPONSABILIDADES​.
1.­ Acreditación de un seguro
contratado por el/la empresario/a
para los días de montaje,
desmontaje y celebración de
IBERJOYA FOREVER.
Es imprescindible que el expositor/a,
el personal y las empresas por él/ella
contratados tengan un seguro
multiferia contra incendio, rayo,

last installment, in order to
consolidate the right to participate.
LIABILITY REGIME
1. Proof of insurance policy
contracted by the exhibitor
for the days of installing and
dismantling the stand, and
while IBERJOYA FOREVER
is held.
It is imperative that the exhibitor, and
all staff and subcontractors hired by
them have multi­fair insurance

cuando estos dispongan de un
seguro en sus empresas que cubran
el transporte, a las personas titulares
de la misma y a su personal, a la
mercancía durante su estancia en
Iberjoya Forever por siniestros como
incendios, explosiones, caída de
rayos, hurto o robo, sea con fuerza
en las cosas o violencia en las
personas, no estarán obligados a
contratar un nuevo seguro pero
deberán adjuntar a la solicitud de
participación como expositores/as,
una carta de su compañía de
seguros o correduría de seguros que
certifique tal cobertura para las
fechas de celebración de Iberjoya
Forever, incluidos los días de
montaje y desmontaje así como la
cuantía económica cubierta.
En virtud del tipo de certificación,
conceptos e importes cubiertos, la
organización remitirá un email al
solicitante dando, en su caso por
válido dicho seguro sin necesidad de
que contrate otro. En el supuesto de
que los importes o coberturas fueran
insuficientes, se lo hará saber al
solicitante para su subsanación.
En el caso de que los/las
expositores/as no dispusieran de tal
seguro estarán obligados a contratar
un seguro multiferia por una
cobertura mínima de 30.000 euros y
un seguro de responsabilidad civil
con una cobertura mínima de 60.000
euros y deberán enviarlo a la
Organización con un mes de
anticipación a la celebración de la
Feria. De no enviarlo, aunque el
solicitante de participación hubiera

and coverage, the organization will
send an email to the applicant,
validating the insurance without the
need to contract a new one. In the
case that the amount and coverage
are insufficient, the organization will
communicate this to the applicant for
its correction.
In the case that the exhibitors don’t
have such insurance they will be
obliged to take out a multi­fair
insurance for a minimum coverage of
30.000 euros and a public liability
insurance with a minimum coverage
of 60.000 euros and they will have to
send it to the Organization one month
before the Fair. Failure to do so, the
applicant will not be able to exhibit,
even if he had paid all of the
installments.

2.­ Responsabilidad del/ de la
expositor/a de cumplimiento del
ordenamiento jurídico y, en
concreto, de la legislación laboral,
de hacer cumplir la prevención de
riesgos laborales y demás normas
jurídicas en los supuestos de
contratación mercantil y del
cumplimiento de las legislaciones
especiales.
Cada expositor/a es responsable de
su personal o de las personas que al
efecto de la exposición contrate, de
su mercancía, de haber cumplido con
todos los requisitos jurídicos que
impliquen la comercialización de su
producto en territorio español,
atendiendo también a las
excepciones que la propia legislación
española y europea establecen para
la exposición en ferias o eventos de
naturaleza análoga.
En todo caso, compete al/ a la
expositor/a el cumplimiento de la
legislación laboral y, en caso de
contratos mercantiles o con
contratistas y subcontratistas, el/la
expositor/a se compromete a hacer
cumplir la normativa de prevención
de riesgos laborales, a asegurarse de
que los mismos disponen de un
seguro de responsabilidad civil que
cubran los daños que puedan

occupational risks and the rest of
the legislation regarding
commercial contracts, as well as
special regulations​.
Each exhibitor is responsible for their
staff and those hired by said
exhibitor, as well as their goods,
ensuring they are in compliance with
all laws related to the marketing of
their product in Spanish territory,
paying attention to the exceptions
that the same Spanish and European
legislations establish for fairs,
exhibitions and similar events.
In any case, it is the responsibility of
the exhibitor to abide by labor
legislation, and in the case of
commercial contracts, or such with
subcontractors, the exhibitor will
commit to enforcing workplace safety
regulations, to make sure that such
subcontractors have a public liability
insurance covering those risks which
could be caused as a result of their
activity. In the case that the
subcontractors do not have such
insurance, SPAIN EXCELLENCE will

El/ la expositor/a es responsable del

EXCELLENCE asumirá todas las
responsabilidades que le competan
como organizador del evento
excluyendo expresamente las
expectativas de negocio del/ de la
expositor/a durante la celebración del
evento o el incumplimiento por su
parte de la legislación vigente salvo
que SPAIN EXCELLENCE tuviera
conocimiento de tal hecho en cuyo
caso actuará con la diligencia debida.
Tanto el/ la expositor como su
personal o los/las contratistas o
subcontratistas por él/ella
contratados atenderán a la mayor
inmediatez a los requerimientos de
SPAIN EXCELLENCE si se les
pidiera la documentación acreditativa
de estar al corriente de pago del
Impuesto sobre Actividades
Económicas, en caso de
obligatoriedad, Seguridad Social,
Agencia Tributaria y Ayuntamiento
correspondiente así como
documentos de identificación de la
mercancía en cualquier país de la
Unión Europea además de los que

Exhibitors, their staff or their
subcontractors will have to respond
as promptly as possible to SPAIN
EXCELLENCE’s requests in the case
they were to demand evidence of
up­to­date payment of the
corresponding Tax for Commercial
Activities, in case it is mandatory,
Social Security, Tax Bureau and City
Council as well as identification
documents for the goods in any
European Union countries in addition
to the regular customs documents.

3.­ Requisitos obligatorios para la
venta directa con entrega de
mercancía.
Habiéndose modificado la legislación
de la Comunidad Autónoma de
Madrid en relación a la prohibición de
venta directa con entrega de
mercancía, cabe señalar que puede
haber venta directa con entrega de
mercancía en Iberjoya Forever
siempre que el/la expositor/a cumpla
con todos los requisitos legales y los
de la presente normativa, entre otros:
1.­ Informar con quince días de
antelación a la exposición que tiene
la intención de comercializar
directamente al profesional las piezas
que considere oportunas, con
entrega de la mercancía que se
encuentre en su stand. En tal caso, el
expositor podrá ser visitado por la
organización que puede establecer
medidas para cerciorarse de que la
mercancía esté marcada con las
correspondientes marcas de garantía
y de identificación de origen del
Estado Español y que ha cumplido
con toda la normativa tributaria y las
medidas contra el blanqueo de
capitales.
2.­ El organizador exigirá, además, el
documento de albarán o factura así
como, en caso de extranjeros, de la
modificación de los documentos de
importación temporal.

acreditar haber finalizado toda la

direct sales with merchandise
delivery
As the regulations in the Autonomous
Community of Madrid related to the
ban on direct sales with delivery of
merchandise have been modified, it
needs to be noted that direct sales
with delivery of merchandise will be

as the exhibitor complies with all of
the legal requirements and the
present regulation, such as:

foreigners, the modification of
temporary import documents.

recinto tanto al/ a la visitante como
al/a la expositor/a. En el supuesto de
que la entidad organizadora del
Salón se percatara de cualquier
incumplimiento en este sentido,
procederá a informar a las
autoridades competentes, a precintar
el stand durante todo el evento sin
derecho por parte de su titular de
devolución de cantidades abonadas y
sin que tenga derecho a reclamar
cualquier tipo de indemnización
derivándose, sin embargo del acto
del incumplimiento de la presente
normativa, el derecho de la
organización a reclamar una
indemnización al/la expositor/a por
los daños y perjuicios causados a la

seal the stand throughout the event
leaving its holder without the right to
repayment of amounts paid and
without entitled to claim any
compensation deriving, regardless of
the act in violation of this
requirement, it is the right of the
organization to claim compensation
from the exhibitor for damages
caused to the image of the room and
the rest of exhibitors. In any case, if

EXCELLENCE.
Es responsabilidad de SPAIN
EXCELLENCE colaborar con las
autoridades locales, autonómicas,
estatales, europeas e internacionales
en todo aquello que precisen, impedir
la realización en el recinto ferial
durante la celebración del certamen
de actividades no autorizadas o que
no guarden relación con el objeto de
la actividad ferial; garantizar el
mantenimiento del orden público
dentro del recinto ferial y el
cumplimiento en el mismo de la
normativa aplicable para la seguridad
de las personas, productos,
instalaciones y medio ambiente.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE constituirá un
Comité Sectorial que estará
integrado por tres partes, una
representación de SPAIN
EXCELLENCE, una representación
de los expositores y una
representación del sector. Por parte
del sector asistirán representantes de
la Junta Directiva de la ASOCIACIÓN
ESPAÑOLA DE JOYEROS,
PLATEROS y RELOJEROS, que,
además, ostenta­ a fecha de la
publicación de las presentes

SPAIN EXCELLENCE will organize a
Sectorial Committee composed by
three parties: a representative of
SPAIN EXCELLENCE, a
representative from the exhibitors
and a representative from the sector.
On behalf of the sector,
representatives of the Executive

legislación vigente sobre asistencia
sanitaria, prestará la vigilancia

concreto, la prohibición de fumar
dentro del recinto ferial.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE tendrá a
disposición de los usuarios y clientes
las correspondientes hojas de
reclamaciones.
Los datos de carácter personal
recogidos en el contrato con los
expositores, de acceso de los
visitantes y los que se deriven de las
relaciones propias de un evento de
esta naturaleza serán incorporados
en los ficheros de SPAIN
EXCELLENCE con la finalidad de
ofrecer y mantener la información
actualizada sobre las nuevas
ediciones o sobre la promoción de
los expositores y del salón. En todo
caso, el interesado podrá ejercitar los
derechos de acceso, rectificación,
cancelación y oposición, dirigiéndose
por escrito al domicilio social del
organizador que figura en la web
Iberjoya Forever.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE se
responsabiliza de contratar los
servicios necesarios para el buen
desarrollo del Salón, incluidos los

moment holds a vice­presidency in
the European Federation of Jewelers,

viable, although they do not have a
binding effect.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE will meet the
established services in present
legislation about healthcare
assistance, p​rovide appropriate
monitoring to ensure compliance with
non­smoking regulations and, in
particular, the ban on smoking inside
fairgrounds.
Reclamation forms will be available
for users and clients on behalf of
SPAIN EXCELLENCE.
Personal information contained in
contracts with exhibitors, visitors and
any other entity related as a result of
the event will be incorporated into the
files of SPAIN EXCELLENCE with
the purpose of offering and
maintaining updated information
about new editions or about
promotions of the exhibitors and the
fair. In any case, the interested party
may ​exercise their rights of access,
rectification, cancellation and
opposition by writing to the registered
office of the organizer contained on
the website of Iberjoya Forever.

no será responsable de cualquier
problema en el que SPAIN
EXCELLENCE no fuera competente
para intervenir porque tal función
corresponda a la empresa gestora
del recinto por lo que SPAIN
EXCELLENCE declina cualquier
responsabilidad que tuviera que ver
con la actividad y servicio de la
empresa gestora del recinto o por
casos de fuerza mayor.
En el supuesto de fuerza mayor o
ante cualquier circunstancia que, a
criterio de SPAIN EXCELLENCE,
implicara la decisión de suspender o
anular la celebración del Salón, se
procederá a la devolución de las
cantidades pagadas sin que el
solicitante para participar en el Salón
tenga derecho a reclamar ningún
daño o perjuicio a SPAIN
EXCELLENCE y sin que Spain
Excellence tenga que cumlpir las
actuaciones que ofreció en relación a
la celebración del certamen. Del
mismo modo quedarían resueltos sin
su realización cualesquiera
promociones, sorteos, rifas, etc.
TABAQUISMO
Queda terminantemente prohibido
fumar en cualquiera de las zonas del
recinto ferial.
PROMOCIÓN DE IBERJOYA
FOREVER
SPAIN EXCELLENCE is responsible
for hiring the necessary services for
the success of the Fair, including
health care services, spaces and
maintenance facilities, cleaning and
security, advertising and promotion
etc. To this end, the company
managing the exhibition event offers
a catering service in addition to those
of fairgrounds with trade exhibitions.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE will not be
responsible for any problem in which
SPAIN EXCELLENCE is not qualified
to intervene because such function
corresponds to the company
managing the enclosure therfore
SPAIN EXCELLENCE disclaims any
liability related to the activity and
services of the management
company of the enclosure or in the
case of natural disaster.
In the event of natural disaster or in
any circumstance that, in the opinion
of SPAIN EXCELLENCE, would lead
to the decision to suspend or cancel
the Fair , we will proceed to refund
the amounts paid without the
applicant who would have
participated in the Fair being entitled
to claim any damages from SPAIN
EXCELLENCE and without SPAIN
EXCELLENCE having to meet its
commitments related to the event.
Likewise any promotions,
sweepstakes, raffles, etc would be
canceled.
SMOKING

18. Compete a SPAIN EXCELLENCE la
promoción del Salón tanto en
territorio nacional como en aquellos
países que determine por ser
aquellos que considere más
adecuados a la mercancía expuesta
en el Salón.
Para que la promoción sea válida,
uniforme y armonizada, ningún/a
expositor/a podrá realizar
promociones en el Salón que sean
contradictorias con la estrategia
promocional dictada por SPAIN
EXCELLENCE por lo que, de
hacerla, deberá pedir previa
autorización a SPAIN EXCELLENCE
describiendo ampliamente la
promoción.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE podrá realizar
contratos o compromisos con
cualquier persona física o jurídica así
como emitir declaraciones que
considere oportunas para la finalidad
del Salón.
SUMISIÓN EXPRESA A LA
JURISDICCIÓN DE MADRID y
PREVALENCIA DEL IDIOMA
ESPAÑOL.
La organización, los/las
expositores/as y visitantes nacionales
o extranjeros, en supuestos de
conflictos o litigios, renuncian al fuero
que les pudiera corresponder tanto
en España como en el extranjero y
quedan sometidos expresamente a la
jurisdicción de Madrid y al
ordenamiento jurídico español que
será el aplicable también por encima
de las normas de derecho
internacional privado en base a la
aceptación expresa de los
expositores de esta disposición en el
conjunto de las normas de
participación.

PROMOTION OF IBERJOYA
FOREVER
SPAIN EXCELLENCE has the
responsibility to promote the Fair
likewise in Spain as in those
countries deemed appropriate for the
displayed goods by the organization.
In order to make advertising and
promotion valid, uniform and
harmonized, no exhibitor will be able
to carry out promotions in the Fair
that contradicts SPAIN
EXCELLENCE’s advertising strategy
as such, one must request previous
authorization from SPAIN
EXCELLENCE in which they broadly
describing the promotion.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE may sign
contracts or commitments with any
natural or legal person and issue
statements that it considers
appropriate for the purpose of the
exhibition.
EXPRESS COMPLIANCE WTIH
THE MADRID JURISDICTION AND
PREVALENCE OF THE SPANISH
LANGUAGE
The organization, the exhibitors,
foreign and domestic visitors, in the
event of disputes or litigation, will
waive the jurisdiction that may
correspond to them both in Spain and
abroad and will be expressly subject
to the jurisdiction of Madrid and the
Spanish legal system which will be
applicable also above the rules of

PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECURITY
The Fair organization will establish
appropriate security measures for
people and displayed goods and shall
inform the corresponding authorities
of the holding of the event. Therefore,
and in the event that security
personnel must employ their efforts to
prevent or inspect an incident, each
person present on the premises shall
be obliged to cooperate with security
personnel and will not be able to
refuse to identify themselves or show
their belongings even if they have to
open sealed items which may
produce delay.

El uso de las instalaciones por parte
de los/las expositores/as y, en su
caso, por el personal propio,
contratistas o subcontratistas que
éstos/as contraten estará sujeto a la
normativa vigente de aplicación, en
general, a las normas de seguridad y,
en especial, a las Ordenanzas
municipales aplicables al respecto
(horarios, ruidos, etc.) así como a la
Ley de Riesgos Laborales, por lo que
el/la expositor/a deberá tener
asegurado su personal contra

Queda prohibida la mezcla de
diferentes categorías de residuos no
peligrosos, vertido o eliminación
incontrolados, debiendo retirarse y
gestionarse fomentando su reciclado
o valorización, según se establece en
la Ley 10/1998, de 21 de abril, de
Residuos, la Ordenanza General de

2. Compliance with present
regulations in any use of the
facilities
The use of the facilities by the
exhibitors and in their case, by the
staff and subcontractors hired by

regulations, in general, security
measures, and specially, to municipal
ordinances such as noises or

Occupational Risks Law, as such the
exhibitor will have to have their staff
insured against accident, and cover
their Social Security, taxes and other
labor and tax obligations under
existing legislation, without SPAIN
EXCELLENCE having any legal
relationship, including a working
relationship, with such personnel.
3. Previous approval of the project

Stand installation projects or free
design spaces must have the prior
approval of SPAIN EXCELLENCE to
allow the enclosure management to
ensure compliance with installation
regulations.
4. Liabilities on waste generated
during assembly and disassembly

5.­ Normas de montaje.
Los/as expositores/as que deseen
contratar el diseño y la construcción
de su stand con una empresa ajena a
SPAIN EXCELLENCE deberán
presentar con al menos tres meses
de antelación a la fecha de inicio del
montaje del evento un plano del
mismo, con la definición geométrica
de sus elementos, amplia descripción
del mismo, características técnicas y
cualquier observación que el
expositor, con la debida diligencia,
considere debe poner en
conocimiento de la organización a fin
de evitar cualquier incidencia,
incluida la presentación de un
documento que certifique, en el
supuesto de utilización de alfombras,
moquetas o telas, que éstas son
ignífugas.
Si los elementos del montaje tienen
más de tres metros de altura, el
expositor deberá presentar un plano
de planta y alzado o perspectiva,
acotados, para su aprobación
específica. No se podrán construir
estos elementos sin la autorización
previa por escrito. Dependiendo de
su complejidad, como en el caso de

EXCELLENCE receives any penalty
thereon shall be applied to the
exhibitor that made the offense, along
with the losses incurred, with SPAIN
EXCELLENCE being exonerated of
any responsibility as a result of this
action.
5. Installation guidelines.
The exhibitors who wish to design
and build their stand with an external
company must submit, at least three
months before the date set for the
event, a plan thereof, with the
geometric definition of its details, a
broad description of the stand,
technical specifications and any
observations that the exhibitor, with
due diligence, considers that the
organization should be made aware
of in order to prevent any incidents,
including the presentation of a
document certifying, in the use of
rugs, carpets or fabrics, that they are
fireproof.
If the elements of the stand are more
than three meters high, the exhibitor
must submit a floor plan and
elevation or perspective drawings for
individual approval. It is not permitted
to build these elements without prior

los pasillos y pasos resultantes que
establezca la normativa de la gestora
del recinto que, en principio, son de
un ancho mínimo de tres metros . No
se podrá comenzar ningún montaje
sin la autorización previa por parte de
SPAIN EXCELLENCE.
En el caso de que sea conforme, se
reenviará al remitente una copia
digital por correo electrónico. En caso
contrario, se enviarán las
modificaciones a realizar para su
conformidad.

Ningún/a expositor/a ni su personal,
ni contratistas o subcontratistas
podrán inutilizar el acceso a
las ​Instalaciones de Protección y
Extinción de Incendios​ que, en todo
momento, deberán
quedar ​accesibles, señalizadas y
operativas​. Se respetará en todo
momento, como servidumbres de
paso y con carácter obligatorio, el
acceso a los armarios y cajas de
servicios, a las arquetas y puntos de
enganche a las instalaciones. Tal
regla se aplicará también, con
carácter obligatorio, respecto a la
ubicación de los elementos de
señalización, detección y extinción,
alarmas, salidas de emergencia, etc.
Sólo podrán quedar ocultas o no
accesibles por decisión de SPAIN
EXCELLENCE si tiene que
incorporar elementos que impidan su
visibilidad o acceso pero, en tal caso,
SPAIN EXCELLENCE tomará las
medidas necesarias para cumplir con
los requisitos de accesibilidad,

Los/as expositores no podrán utilizar
telas, telones, moquetas, etc. que no
sean ignífugas y deberán disponer,
en el supuesto de que expongan en
su decoración interna de telas, del
documento correspondiente que
certifique tal extremo. Este aspecto
será expresamente verificado por
personal de SPAIN EXCELLECE por
lo que podrá imponerse una sanción
que puede implicar el cierre del stand
y una reclamación por el peligro
provocado y los daños causados.
SPAIN EXCELLENCE respetará en
todo momento el Plan de
Autoprotección vigente en el recinto
que, conforme la gestora del recinto,
ha sido elaborado con arreglo al Real
Decreto 393/2007, de 23 de marzo,
por el que se aprueba la Norma
Básica de Autoprotección de los
centros, establecimientos y
dependencias dedicados a
actividades que puedan dar origen a
situaciones de emergencia y que ha
sido aprobado por la Dirección
General de Emergencias y
Protección Civil del Ayuntamiento de
Madrid.
Los/as expositores y los/as visitantes
así como todo el personal que se
encuentre dentro del recinto de la
exposición no podrán generar
humos, olores, o situaciones
similares a la presencia de estos
elementos. Se excepciona de esta

INTRODUCCIÓN DE VEHÍCULOS O

En los supuestos de que un/a
expositor/a precise la introducción de
vehículos, carretillas elevadoras,
plataformas de elevación, elementos
o mercancía pesada o acopios,
deberá solicitarlo con dos meses de
anticipación al inicio del montaje del
evento, respetará los límites de carga
de la instalación que le serán
comunicados por la organización,
deberá disponer de la
documentación en vigor de todos
estos elementos, deberá presentar

PREVENCION DE RIESGOS
LABORALES
Para la realización de todo tipo de
trabajos por personal ajeno a SPAIN
EXCELLENCE, dentro de los
edificios, o espacios exteriores, se
deberá firmar el recibí sobre Normas
de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
(Coordinación de Actividades
empresariales). Toda la
documentación preceptiva debe ser
entregada a SPAIN EXCELLENCE
con dos días de antelación a la
entrada del personal a la zona de
trabajo.
TRABAJOS DE MANTENIMIENTO,
MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE
En los supuestos de diseño y
construcción libre de un stand, deben
seguirse las siguientes normas

MAINTENANCE WORK,
ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
In the case of free design and
construction of a stand, the following

MANTENIMIENTO DURANTE LA
CELEBRACIÓN DEL SALÓN​.
Para la realización de trabajos de
mantenimiento de un stand, durante
la celebración de la exposición, la
empresa decoradora o de montaje,
tendrá que solicitar a través de su
expositor a SPAIN EXCELLENCE
autorización describiendo el tipo de
trabajo. SPAIN EXCELLENCE,
valorará dicha petición de acuerdo
con las directrices de la gestora del
recinto y, en su caso, expedirá la
misma.
MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE
Una vez en la instalación y antes de
comenzar los trabajos de montaje, la
empresa contratada por el expositor
o el mismo deberá comprobar con el
Técnico de Operaciones responsable
del evento, la ubicación del stand y
servicios contratados.
1.­ CONDICIONES PARA LA
UTILIZACIÓN DE MAQUINARIA
Con dos días de anticipación al
comienzo de los trabajos, la empresa
contratada por el/la expositor/a
deberá presentar a SPAIN
EXCELLENCE la documentación
relativa a:
a) El permiso de uso de la
maquinaria.
b) La correcta identificación de la
maquinaria que empleen (cestas
telescópicas, grúas, carretillas
elevadoras, etc.)
c) Un teléfono de contacto del
responsable de la empresa
arrendataria de la citada maquinaria.
MAINTENANCE DURING THE
EXHIBITION​.
In order to carry out maintenance
work on a stand, during the

While the work is underway within the
fairgrounds, both SPAIN
EXCELLENCE and/or MADRID
DESTINO may require cited
documentation from all involved
companies.

28. Durante los trabajos que desarrollen
dentro del recinto ferial, tanto SPAIN
EXCELLENCE como MADRID
DESTINO podrán exigir a todas las
empresas la documentación citada.
2.­ CONDICIONES PARA EL USO
DE VEHÍCULOS DENTRO DEL
RECINTO
Los vehículos no podrán permanecer
estacionados dentro de los
pabellones ni en las zonas
adyacentes. Solo en el caso de que
fuera necesario y con motivación en
la solicitud, se solicitaría autorización
a SPAIN EXCELLENCE con dos días
de anticipación a tal necesidad al
efecto de que ésta tramite tal petición
ante la gestora del recinto la cual
determinara, siempre que lo
considere oportuno, el lugar y el
tiempo de estacionamiento.
3.­ RECOGIDA DE MATERIALES
RESIDUALES
Durante el montaje:​ En la aplicación
de la legislación vigente sobre
residuos urbanos, todos los
expositores, así como las empresas
contratadas y/o subcontratadas para
realizar el montaje de stands, están
obligados a retirar los materiales
utilizados para el montaje, en los
periodos establecidos para ello.
Durante el período de montaje, todo
el material debe permanecer dentro
de los límites del espacio del mismo,
dejando los pasillos y demás zonas
totalmente libres. Si fuese necesario,
los servicios de limpieza de SPAIN
EXCELLENCE retirarán cualquier
objeto depositado en estas zonas.
Transcurrido el periodo establecido
para el montaje del stand, todos los
materiales que aún permanezcan en
las zonas comunes del pabellón
serán retirados por SPAIN
2. CONDITIONS FOR USE OF
VEHICLES IN THE PREMISES
Vehicles may not be parked in the
halls or in adjacent areas. Only if

these areas.
After the period provided for
mounting the stand, all materials
which still remain in public areas of
the pavilion will be removed by
SPAIN EXCELLENCE, with the
exhibitor and subcontractors losing all
rights to claim loss or damage and
become responsible for payment of
these expenses related to

29. EXCELLENCE, perdiendo el/la
expositor/a, así como las empresas
contratadas y/o subcontratadas, todo
derecho a reclamar por pérdidas o
daños en los mismos y siendo por
cuenta de estos los gastos relativos a
su retirada, que serán facturados por
SPAIN EXCELLENCE.
Durante el desmontaje: ​En
aplicación de la legislación vigente
sobre residuos urbanos, el/la
expositor/a se obliga, solidariamente
con su contratista, a retirar, a la
finalización del evento, todos los
residuos derivados directamente de
su actividad o la de sus contratistas,
incluidos los materiales de montaje,
decoración, plásticos, envases de
pintura, etc.
En consecuencia, todos los
expositores que hubieran utilizado su
propia empresa decoradora y
constructora para su stand y las
empresas contratadas y/o
subcontratadas para realizar el
montaje y/o desmontaje de los
mismos, están obligados a montar,
desmontar y retirar los materiales
utilizados para el desmontaje, en los
periodos de tiempo establecidos para
ello.
Transcurrido el periodo establecido
para el desmontaje del stand, todos
los materiales que aún permanezcan
en el pabellón serán retirados por
SPAIN EXCELLENCE, perdiendo
el/la expositor/a todo derecho a
reclamar por pérdidas o daños en los
mismos y siendo por su cuenta los
gastos relativos a su retirada, que
serán facturados por SPAIN
EXCELLENCE. En caso de que no
se tengan medios a disposición para
la retirada de residuos, el expositor/a
deberá comunicarlo a SPAIN
EXCELLENCE para que la
aforementioned removal, which will

During disassembly​: In compliance

the exhibitor is obliged, jointly with its

that still remain in the hall will be
removed by SPAIN EXCELLENCE,
as such the exhibitor forfeits the full
right to claim for loss or damages and
will be required to cover the
expenses related to their removal,
which will be billed by SPAIN
EXCELLENCE. In the case they do
not have means available for removal
of waste, the exhibitor should inform
SPAIN EXCELLENCE so that the
organization locates a special service
for it, proceeding to bill per square
meter stand for those needed to
make the withdrawal.
