  18. 18. COMMUNICATION Open, clear, and frequent communication encourages valuable input, that leads to collaboration, that spurs innovation, which ultimately results in a successful team. So, yeah, communication is pretty important. Be open. Be clear. Be Available.
  19. 19. HONESTY When we all commit to being a team without egos, who care deeply about others, while holding ourselves accountable, and openly communicating our thoughts and ideas, then being honest isn’t only right, it’s easy. Your mother was is the best policy.
