Employees who are extremely or very satisfied
with their overall benefits packages are more
likely to be extremely or very satisfied with their
jobs compared to those who aren’t satisfied
with their benefits (77% vs 4%).
Employees who say their benefits package
meets their families’ needs extremely or very
well are more likely to be extremely or very
satisfied with their jobs compared to those who
say their benefits don’t meet their familys’
needs (74% vs 5%).
If their employer didn’t provide the type and
level of health insurance coverage that they
desired, 80% of employees said they would be
at least somewhat likely to purchase additional
insurance products to ensure they had
adequate coverage, assuming the additional
insurance is affordable.
Employees say benefits are very or extremely important to their:
Work productivity 65%
Willingness to refer a friend 52%
Decision to leave company 52%Job satisfaction 79%
Loyalty to employer 66%
