My priority #1 is lead generation and the process to win new customers. I prefer hunting elephants not rabbits. Never ask me to produce pens with logos. I believe in customer acquisition, nurturing and a very close relationship with sales.
Marketing in my opinion has two key activities (1.) telling outstanding stories (2.) channel excellence to scale. I believe in fast growing SaaS solutions and international scale. I don’t like ad agencies or b2c products. I’ll like it difficult.
