2. Business analysis
Requirements gathering and solution design for several minor and
major development projects.
Main and the most complex development project was about the
introduction of a brand new system that support reconciliations of MVO
(Mobile Virtual Operators) based on signal flows received from
underlying network architecture.
I supported all phases of Requirement Gathering and Solution Design
using UML methodology. I followed Implementation Phase with
external parties developer teams.
Experience
Product Governance
I supported financial flows reconciliations between Vodafone Italia
and other Operators.
Main activities were reporting finalized to find out any discrepancies
between financial flows and trigger the reconciliation process.
I was involved on security and monitoring activities aimed to discover
fraud, abuse or misuse of interconnection services.
I reported to Project managers and Head of Intervorking Area.

I’ve improved my Soft Skills
I worked in a team composed by colleagues with different level of
backgrounds (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technicians,
Implementers) and coming from several different consultant companies. I
had to cope on an environment composed by different approaches, goals
and mixed work approaches.
On such environment I expressed my soft and interpersonal skills in order to
bring out consistently rock solid results. My work has been valuated reliable
and very effective, as a result more resources have been allocated on the
area giving the opportunity to my company to permanently expand its
quota on Client’s area.
Due to the fact that I was first resource on the area I’ve consolidated all the
knowledge in a toolkit I’ve used to instruct and introduce new incoming
resources.
UML Methodology
During Software Lyfecycle I had the chance to extensively use UML
Methodoligy and tailored Design formalism adopted on Vodafone Italia. This
is a precius knowledge I have re-used on different projects and future
activities.
I’ve improved my Business Skills
During the early steps of development process I was involved in assessing
meetings with different third party suppliers. The most interesting part of the
job was evaluating cost and benefits of different offers and business plans
trying to find out the best deal during negotiations.
