Il Product Owner è un ruolo introdotto da Scrum che è diventato un punto fondamentale di moltissimi progetti agili. Non c’è però molto nella letteratura relativamente a questo ruolo e, a volte, si ha difficoltà a capire quali sono le sue responsabilità. Con questo speech si vuole fare chiarezza su questo ruolo prendendo dall’esperienza personale, quella di altri PO affiancati e da quanto emerso dai quattro POCamp tenutisi sino ad oggi.
