Right now I'm wrapping up a course in Human Resource Development at the VU, supervising some exciting masters and bachelors thesis projects, and working as a researcher / consultant along with a group of dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons to develop software which will allow patients to visualize how changes to their facial appearance have effects on the way others view their personality. I'm interested broadly in psychology, how personality and appearance contribute to charisma and leadership, and my current fascination is particularly with what we convey through our faces.
