2. Browse to System -> Configuration -> Catalog to activate product alerts. Set ‘Allow Alert When Product Price Changes’ and ‘Allow Alert When Product Comes Back in Stock’ option to ‘Yes’ and press ‘Save Config’ button.

3. To view reports on alert subscriptions go to Reports -> Alerts -> Stock Alerts or Price Alerts.
In stock alerts report you will see the product sku, how many people subscribed for each product, when the first and the last subscription was submitted and also sort the report by any parameter.
