America's Promise Alliance Community Convention 2016 Relationships and Workforce Readiness This interactive session explored how relationships shape best practices and positive youth development in workforce readiness programs. Participants watched short, documentary-style films that capture the experiences of young adults who participated in Youth Opportunity Fund grantee programs. Researchers from the Center for Promise, joined by Youth Opportunity Fund grantee staff and youth, provided insights into its research about how webs of support encourage the development of workforce readiness. throughout your story I want you to tell me how other
