offer manpower for African jobs and in helping both companies and individuals build.

With our unique blend of executive search experience, we provide manpower in Africa to the leading companies
and individuals build and help candidates to acquire rewarding jobs in Africa. With our core objective to make
the best matches between client companies and premium talent we endeavor to build long-lasting relationships.
Spanning a vast network of clients placed across the Gujarat & in other states also. With a computerized
databank of candidates, proficient in various fields, we have catered to the needs of various sectors such as
professional, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled categories.
OVERSEAS MANPOWER CONSULTANT always gives right guidance to the candidates and never
misguides them. We have earned the goodwill of candidates alike; we have capability and know-how to counsel
candidates for various companies.
OUR SERVICES
• Offers manpower for African jobs and in helping both companies and individuals build
• Assists clients looking for talents from specific organisations
• Help companies reduce costs and time for talent acquisition at mid-level positions
• Help clients identify top performers that not only have the required experience and expertise but also
seamlessly fit in the organisational culture
• Place advertisements; arrange interviews for clients on demand
• Assist the prospective employers by short listing candidates for final interview by the employers or their
representatives
• Negotiate salaries and brief the candidates about their legal rights, terms and conditions of the employers,
the overseas journey and orient them about the culture, language, food and customs of the host country
• Make arrangements for trade test centers and medical exam for the candidates
• Provide services relating to required documents like Identity Cards, Passports and all government
requirements
• Obtaining visas from the concerned Embassy/Consulate (Optional)
• Reservation and Purchase of Air Tickets (Optional)
• Keep the employer informed about the progress at every stage
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
To begin with, the employer and the OVERSEAS MANPOWER CONSULTANT should execute an agreement
between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from
India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions
upon which the manpower trade will be executed.
1) Selection
We will assist in selection procedure of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer
or his authorised representative. I will arrange his /their accommodation, transport, testing of worker and all
other logistic support required for the purpose.
2) Medical Checkup
After final selection we will send the workers/ candidates for medical check up by the authorised medical center
of the respective Embassies of the country of employment as per details given by you.
3) Application for visa (Optional)
For selected candidates, if you proceed for visa then its fine or we will apply for the visa in the respective
embassy. Expenses should be provided by the company.
4) Ticketing and Emigration (Optional)
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favour of OVERSEAS MANPOWER
CONSULTANT to facilitate travelling as scheduled.
5) Orientation before departure
We provide basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties
and responsibilities while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of
labour laws of the country of employment
Employers Part:
Company has to provide required documents for all necessary process like; Demand Letter, Letter of Authority
and Agreement of Employment.
