INTRODUCTION
Menstrual blood released by females
every month is being discarded as the
unhygienic waste .But the menstrual
blood contains large amount of self
renewing cells that can make a
distinction into a various other body
cells which reveals a great prospective
for the cell therapy.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Evaluate the effectiveness of demo
through video on knowledge regarding
utilization of menstrual blood stem cells
among staff nurses at Christian mission
hospital in madurai.
OBJECTIVES
To assess the level of pre test knowledge
among nurses regarding utilization of
menstrual blood stem cells.
To find the difference between pre test score
and post test score on knowledge among
nurses.
To evaluate the effectiveness of demo throug video on
utilization of menstrual blood stem cells among
nurses.
To find out the association between pretest and post
test knowledge with the selected demographic
variables.

IMPLICATION
 IN NURSING EDUCATION
 IN NURSING SERVICES
 IN NURSING RESEARCH
 IN NURSING ADMINITRATION
RECOMMENDATION
 A similar study can be conducted among non nursing
personal
 A descriptive study can be conducted regarding
menstrual blood stem cell collection
 An experimental study can be conducted regarding
efficacy of the menstrual blood stem cells
CONCLUSION
This is an innovative study to increases the
knowledge and awareness of the nurses about
utilization of menstrual blood stem cells.
Through this study nurses aquire the skills
regarding utilization of menstrual blood stem
cells
