Started my career as quantitative analyst for
Beverage & FMCG, I was lucky enough to clim up the
ladder for developing and building Buzzmetrics
brand, a social listening research agency from
Nielsen, from scratch to The #1 Referable agency
within two years with my team.
Since craving for solving business aches, I moved to
work on MobiFone Drop-Sales project, loyalty
program for VinMart+. Then switching to client side
to build a new premium clinic chain as Senior
Marketing Executive.
I AM A CAMPAIGNER
My last five years was a great stepping stone, and I
knew this would not work long-term because the
ceiling was very low and I lookout for a greater
challenge in a fast-paced environment.
Working for an employer demand better results
every year, require employees to grow better
everyday and raise the challenge bar higher by
making the impact to every aspects of a brand with
a very limited resources.
CHALLENGE & SATISFACTION
I’m An Le with five years of progressive experience
across marketing functions for research & consulting
agencies. I am hoping to make a career change – from
B2B marketing to B2C marketing in FMCG industry,
starting with Assistant Brand Manager or
Marketing Executive position.

marketing budget to MobiFone by combining customer voice & their

• Developed brand credibility to top advertising agencies by
planning & executing B2B Marketing
• Increased 260% income from agency side in compared to the
year before thanks to the successful "Free industry snapshot"
strategy which was the first-time launching at that time
