Following two very successful years in
Auckland, recruitment company The
Andersen Partnership is expanding into the
South Island with the opening of our
Christchurch office mid March. We will be

Mel recently joined Walker Andersen to work in the newly
opened Christchurch office. She has worked within recruitment
for over three years in New Zealand, covering account
management, high volume recruits in both the public and private
sectors within Christchurch and the South Island.
The old boy, Andrew leads the southern teams. He has worked
within the recruitment industry for over twenty years in NZ and
the UK covering high volume campaigns, various specialisms
and executive recruitment in both the public and commercial
sectors.
Lu joins the Baker Andersen team where she will be focussed
on site based construction roles within both the commercial and
residential markets. In addition to being a rowing national title
holder Lu brings two years of construction recruitment
experience gained within the Canterbury region.

Growing up in Christchurch Scott brings strong local knowledge
and a wealth of experience in recruitment and key account
management. Scott has built a strong reputation recruiting in the
architecture and design space across Australia and New
Zealand for Baker Andersen.
Lisa manages The Andersen Partnership in New Zealand,
Baker Andersen - Construction, Stirling Andersen - Insurance &
Financial Services & Walker Andersen - Accounting &
Finance. In addition to growing these divisions in New Zealand,
she directly recruits for senior leadership and senior
accountancy & finance roles across NZ.
Shannon has spent 5 years working in foreign exchange and
investments within banking and progressed into financial
advisory. On moving to Christchurch she moved into recruitment
and now joins Stirling Andersen to further enhance the team
servicing the Insurance and wealth management market.
