• Our prime competitors are Justdial. They are using the Facebook page as well as twitter account to make
people visit their website thereby making them aware about their services.
• They are engaging their fans by connecting with them of a personal and emotional level. In one of their posts
promoting hobby classes, the post read “Get known as the skating champ in your group”. Such language I feel
helps in developing a strong connection with the fans.
• Their social media strategy has the one and only goal of making people visit their website.
• One thing I admired about them is that their posts always relate to some kind of occasion or festival or season.
Excellent use of photography skills to support their posts.
• I would like them to interact more with their fans via events, offers , contests etc. All their posts fall into the lead
generation category thereby not maintaining a balance between engagement and lead generation.
