WM (Wealth Management) US Ops – Performance Reporting:
• Reconciling the accounts based on the statements provided by UBS.
• Account reconciliation responsibility is to undertake all general account related problems, this can be
the desired situation which can occur anyhow and must be efficient to find the best solution for it.
• Helps in calculating performance of client portfolios in regular intervals by balancing the accounts
according to the client requirement.
• Preparing accurate and timely MIS reports on a daily basis to clients.
• If any incorrect position taken by Client/Trader/UBS Dealer: aptly alerting the trading desk to cover
the position and assist middle office in taking timely decision to execute trades especially related to
short sale of shares.
• Building strong relationships with clients, business partners, whilst managing expectations.
