  19. 19. In Google Search, type “lastpass.com”
  20. 20. This is the LastPass website

  22. 22. Click “Download Now”
  23. 23. You are now downloading LastPass to your computer
  24. 24. After download is finished, click this.
  25. 25. Click “Run”
  26. 26. Click “Install LastPass”
  27. 27. Click “Close Programs”
  28. 28. LastPass shortcut is now on your Desktop
  29. 29. Double-click this to create a new Lastpass account
  30. 30. Click “Create a New Account”
  31. 31. Type your Email
  32. 32. Choose a Master Password and type it here
  33. 33. Type again your Master Password
  34. 34. Choose something to remind you of your Master Password. Type it here.
  35. 35. Click on the small box

  54. 54. Welcome to your LastPass Vault
  55. 55. LastPass stores your login details for every website inside the vault.

  57. 57. On the left side, click “Edit”

  60. 60. How to save your username and password in LastPass
  61. 61. Example. Let’s add your Canva username/password to your LastPass Vault

  64. 64. Type your password
  65. 65. and click “Log in”
  66. 66. LastPass will ask you if you want to save this website to the LastPass Vault
  67. 67. Click “Save Site”

  69. 69. Now your login details for Canva are added to your LastPass Vault
  70. 70. How to log in to a website using LastPass
  71. 71. First, make sure you are log in to LastPass. LastPass extension should be red.
  72. 72. Then, let’s log in to Hootsuite
  73. 73. Click the LastPass icon
  74. 74. Click your username
  75. 75. LastPass will enter your username/password for you
  76. 76. And click “Sign In”
  77. 77. You are now logged in to your Hootsuite account
  78. 78. How to use Autologin in LastPass
  79. 79. Inside your LastPass Vault, example, let’s click Hootsuite.com
  80. 80. Click “Edit”
  81. 81. Click “Advanced Settings”
  82. 82. Click “Autologin”
  83. 83. Click “Save”
  84. 84. So now when you log into Hootsuite.com and press “Enter”
  85. 85. Lastpass will AUTOMATICALLY log in to the website for you
  86. 86. How to generate secure password using LastPass
  87. 87. When you sign up for any new account, example: a new Gmail account.
  88. 88. Click this to let LastPass generate a secure password for you
  89. 89. Like this
  90. 90. LastPass will also copy the password and you can fill in the other details
  91. 91. How to use Auto Change Password in LastPass
  92. 92. Select a website in your LastPass Vault, example: a Facebook account
  93. 93. Click “Edit”
  94. 94. Click “Auto Change Password”
  95. 95. Click “Change Password Now”
  96. 96. LastPass will now generate a new password
  97. 97. And replace your old password without you logging in to the site
  98. 98. When done, click “OK”
  99. 99. Back to your LastPass Vault, you now have a new password
  100. 100. Note: Some accounts do not have the “Auto Change Password” feature. It only appears for supported sites.
  101. 101. You’re on your way to using Lastpass! That’s it!
