20. How to create a Dropbox account._

21. In Google Search, type “dropbox.com”
and press “Enter”.

22. This is the Dropbox homepage

23. Type your email

24. Click “Sign up for free”

25. Type your name

26. Choose a password and type here

27. Click the small box

28. Click “Get Dropbox”

29. You are now downloading
Dropbox to your PC

30. After download, this will appear on the
bottom-left of your screen

31. Click “DropboxInstaller.exe”

Click the file you want to share.

send this to. Then press “Enter”.

people, type their emails here too.

68. In your online Dropbox account,
click this to create a new folder

69. Type name of folder and press “Enter”

70. Example, folder name is Test 1

view and edit files in this folder

in your folder

90. Click “Sign in”

91. Enter email and password and click “Sign in”

online Dropbox account

93. Click the file you want to access.
Example: hello.txt

94. When you click on a file or folder
these options will show up

95. You can also right-click on the file

96. If you click “Open”

97. Dropbox will open “hello.txt”

98. Now you can edit “hello.txt”and save your file

99. Click on the file name

100. Here are the changes to your file

101. Click “Open” to open the file again

102. To download your file, click this.

103. and click “Download”

104. Your file will be save in the computer
or device you are currently using

105. That’s it!
