Did voluntary work during holidays to gain experience at Yssel Auditors Inc. I gained
experience similar to what an Auditor’s clerk would do.
Employed as financial controller at ANGOR (PTY) limited Property specialists from
January 2015 - present. Job description entails preparing of trial balances and control
accounts as well as data allocation and processing of data. The experienced gained
thus far at ANGOR helped me to develop a better understanding of the preparation of
annual financial statements as well as the preparation of monthly financial statements
including Statement of comprehensive income(Income statement) and statement of
financial position (Balance sheet).
I had to learn how to meet and exceed deadlines at ANGOR as the deadlines are strict
every month on the preparation of the financial statements as well as the sending of
the monthly levy statements. I also had to deal with customer queries and adapt on
how to deal with a customer in person, over the phone and on email.
