Kino Flight is a specialist UAV/drone aerial filming and photography company that uses high quality
equipment to produce spectacular images and film. The versatility of the equipment Kino Flight uses
allows for an incredible range of filming angles and allows the camera to move in ways not previously
possible. Captivating results and an experienced team make Kino Flight a leader in the aerial filming
and photography industry.
Chief Pilot, Ashley Fairfield has more than 15 years experience in the film and television industry.
He has the creativity and experience to deliver images and video of the highest standard. Ashley has
worked on feature films such as: The Great Gatsby, The Wolverine, The Hangover: Part II, X-Men
Origins: Wolverine, Superman Returns, Nim’s Island, The Matrix Reloaded as well as various
documentaries, TV shows and television commercials. He has a Graduate Diploma in Film Directing
from AFTRS, one of Australia’s premier film schools and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from
Edith Cowan University.

The M10 is custom designed and custom built. The brushless motors are the
perfect blend of performance and weight while the entire rig runs virtually
silently. The M10 gives filmmakers total control over the stabilizer with
multiple modes for single operators and dual operators.
The Freefly MoVI system is quickly and easily transferred to a range of different
setups. Including handheld, cable cam, tracking vehicle or even as a remote
head on a crane. This versatility allows for the Kino Flight team to be used in all
aspects of a production.
