4. Project Details – Consists of all the details of each Project with Milestone, Packages,
Documents etc.
5. Reports module – Consists of all types of reports related to Employees, Projects, No of
Hiring & Attrition in each Costgroup, resources for each project, etc with graph.
This displays list of Employees with Status,
Designation, Cost group and other details
7. Gives information of No of Employees Hiring and Attrition
with graph for last 3 months.
8. Displays information as per Project wise including Employee cost
which will be calculated based on No of Hrs worked under each
project, Current Fee & Invoiced Till Date.
9. List of Projects can be viewed along with its status which
shows whether its is On going projects or Without agreement
or Closed project.
10. Gives list of Project Name with No of Resources worked on
each project based on selected Cost group and Department.
11. This gives information as per each cost group with Project
Count, Employees working under each Cost Group & their Fee
along with Graph.
12. Report is based on Cost Group Wise which includes all the
details of Cost group like Employee Cost, Project Cost, Fee,
Invoice Details with Graph.
13. Gives information based on IRP Wise which also includes all
the Employees under each IRP and shows the details of
Employee Cost, Project Cost, Fee, Invoices.
14. Gives details of all Projects including Project Name
with IRP for each Project, Employee Cost, Project Cost,
Fee, & Invoices
15. Displays information based on Individual Projects
according to selected date range, which shows Project
Duration on each Project & its Fee.
16. This report gives Productivity report based on each
project this report is linked to Timesheet which gives
Project Wise Total, its Sub Total & Grand Total.
17. Documents – This module is used to enter or view all the company related documents,
which will be helpful to store & fetch at one place.
18. Timesheet Module – Using timesheet leads can keep a track of Employees worked
under each Project with Number of hours.
19. Employee Master – Consists of all the details of Employees with Status.
20. Master – This form is base for all the modules where data entered and saved are
reflected under other applications, masters are used for operation and settings.
