- Eat Healthy food - observe nutrition and diet from cells’ needs to function healthy and in
optimized way

- If one or more of the above components is missing or not implemented
properly, for a long time, one can get into chronic conditions such as chronic
stress / chronic insomnia.
- Chronic basic conditions - set off perception and behaviour and drain vitality.

2. Personalize involvement
- From BodyMind Balance criteria, how do you grade yourself?
- Obesity serves as a “solution” to: anger, frustration and escape from conflicts.
- It is also a bad habit that glitched and slipped into an addiction and
obsessive behaviour.
- Become your self anthropologist /explorer - with no judgement.
- start a journal.
- Write about your eating habits in a week.
- Write things as they are. Add your mood at the time you are eating.
- Compose a statement that you have the will, the power and the capacity to to get rid of obesity
and be light
- A Vibroacoustic integrative holistic therapist is here to facilitate the process with you. Yet you
are the manager of your life and you need to take responsibility in the process.
3. Applying Vibroacoustic sessions
Vibroacoustic Therapy is a low sound frequencies platform (mat, recliner,
massage table) with built in transducers (speakers), and frequencies in the range
between 30hz -120hz.
Vibroacoustic therapy is a wellness integrative modality and self help-tool which
assists to reduce pain, stress, insomnia and anxiety and boost vitality - with no
chemicals involved.
Vibroacoustic therapy can help minimize overwhelmed mind and set energies to
create new positive habits, encode them, visualize them and implement them.

4. Creating a new positive eating habit
- Observe the patterns of your behaviour with regards to food: “what triggers
what” and the connection between mood and food.
- Name associative food items and vegetables you love.
- Create new habits for 24 h which include eating, drinking, exercise
- Write a weekly program
- Explore your creativity
- After a one session of VATTING, have an addition 23 minutes of “red
frequency” to embed new habit in the desktop of your mind with deep
meditation and self hypnosis.

5. Visualization with Vatting and before falling asleep
Visualization is a skill of memorizing the whole picture and the details of an object
and a situation. Visualization, like muscles, need exercising of attentiveness,
visual memory and activating the scene.
- After creating a scene, you visualize and activate it in your mind while Vatting.
- Before you fall asleep, when your bodymind is calmed, you visualize again.

6. Activating new habits
-Start implementing and activating new positive habits in real life.
- keep on with journal read, observe, reflect, edit. This is expressive therapy.
-Adopts new social habits of support and creativity.
- Adopt sense of humor and detachment.
-Get rid of bad habits gradually.
Less obese, less fat, less heavy, be light!

We, at TheSoundWell implement a new wellness-wellbeing and healthy lifestyle.
It has to do with closing the gap between mainstream therapeutic modalities and
self-help tools.
