Apex Institute is an institute, which is engaged in training students for the IIT-JEE. Apex Institute was
conceptualized in May 2008, keeping in view the dreams of young students by the vision and toil of SHAHID
IQBAL Computer science Engineering Graduate and M.D. MOHD.AYAZ KHAN (PGDM). We had a very
humble beginning as an institute for IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch pad for serious JEE
aspirants. We actually started to make a difference in the way students think and approach problems. We started
to develop ways to enhance students IQ. We started to leave an indelible mark on the students who have
undergone APEX training. We started changing lives. And all this was not a sheer coincidence. It was the urge,
the compelling desire, to always aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep on setting newer
benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our students to achieve what we have achieved.
That is why APEX Institute is very well known for its quality of education and the dedication towards its target.

OUR FACULTY AND TEACHING METHODOLOG
The entire Apex team comprises of well experienced faculty in the arena. Any teacher that is selected in Apex as a faculty of Apex has to undergo a
rigorous training on the subject irrespective of the background.
Once a faculty completes its training he becomes a integral part of the Apex team for the entire year round.
The main aim of education is to train student toward parallel thinking, which apex is continuously achieving in the past years. While going through the
syllabus, each chapter is covered starting from the basics covering up the entire school syllabus and then gradually moving up till the competitive
level. Weekly test is conducted on each ongoing chapter. And a Phase Test is conducted on a module of chapter. The course is completed much
before the school syllabus or from the date of examination and then follows a series of everyday test.
Throughout the course, the management ensures that no stone is left unturned that would help the student to be a top ranker of the country.
COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY STUDY MATERIAL
Apex provides its own study material to each of its regular students. The material is prepared after years of intensive analysis over the dynamic
changes in pattern and the increasing level of toughness. A rigorous manual labour is done over the conceptual framework so as to make the most
tough easily understandable to anyone.
The material has been designed keeping in mind the most lowest stepping stone towards preparation and increasing to the competitive level in an
hierarchy mode. The question assignment provided at the end of each study material is enough
an sufficient to make the student prepare towards the greatest landmark of success. Our study
material stand as our greatest pride in pioneering the student what is best needed to them to
keep them ahead in this arena.
We encourage our student to go through the study material before and for the topics to be taken
in the class. As though it would make learning the easiest task for them.
X Doubt Removal Class:-
Apex consider doubts as the stepping stones towards
understanding each time a modules gets completed its is followed by a d o u b t c l a s s ,
moreover a weekly doubt class is scheduled on the basis of requirement, Each Phase of
Apex is followed by a Phase Test , the next class to every phase test is on the detailed
discussion of the question paper and the concept related to it. A doubt class on any topic
can be demanded by the student, throughout the year round.
X Extra Classes:- In case of emergency, or during school exams a student might often think
to miss a class at Apex, the entire Apex team provides a word of caution to not to do so.
Every class at Apex must be followed by 3-4 hrs of self study from students side but in
case a student misses a class then the amount of time devoted should be automatically
tripled. The student should pass in writing to the coordinator about the missed classes
and get a class arranged by the concerned faculty before it is too late.
The extra classes scheduled would be immediately provided to the student once it
conveyed to the teacher along with an application from parents/ guardian stating the
proper reason for the absence.
X Timely Feedback:-The only parameter to judge one's position in the race is by analyzing
the performance in tests. Apex conducts a series of test at the end of each chapter and at
the end of each phase. The mark secured in each test is forwarded within three days to the
concerned student .The mark is mailed on the email id provided. And even the mark is
messaged on the contact number provided .Moreover along with marks a detailed
assessment is provided for each test take. Proper suggestion on the way of improvement
is regularly mailed to the parents.
X Conveyance:- Apex has well regulated CAB facility , which provides a regular and timely
pick and drop facility between home and Institute, the CAB picks students 30 min prior to
the starting of class and drop, in a maximum of 40 minutes span after the class hours.

improving and sharpening their analytical skills & parallel thinking processes.

The institute has a rich library with latest and best books on all the subject the institute also
subscribes magazine to update their knowledge.
