THE B2B MARKETING
SUMMIT 2016 IS COMING!
Bigger and better than ever, this years summit
is a chance for the best and brightest in B2B
marketing to meet, connect and get their fill of
insight and inspiration.
This year we’ve moved into a new, more spacious
home – the Business Design Centre. And that
means we’ll be able to host 850 people, allowing
for even more cross-pollination of ideas.
A big stage demands big name speakers. And our
keynotes certainly fit the bill.
As well as hearing from marketing experts such as
Joe Pullizzi and Carlos Hidalgo, we’ll be also joined
by speakers with experience in manufacturing, such
as Russ Powell of Atos.
With a raft of talents from various different
industries attending, we’ve been sure to make
sure all tastes are catered for…
We’ve created six streams, allowing all our
delegates to curate their own experience and
make it as valuable as possible.
Aside from events on the mainstage, there will
be streams on:

•	Social
•	Content
•	Engagement
•	Technology
On top of this we’ll also be running a specialist B2B
Leaders stream. Directed at our C-suite delegates,
it’ll be invaluable to those taking a board-level view
of the summit’s central topics.
As for our other streams,
here’s what you can expect...
Multichannel
In this era, no one channel ever owns the
conversation. Indeed, with most of us consuming
content on multiple screens at once – even owning
an audience’s attention is a challenge.
Which is all the more reason to ensure your
message is carried through the right mix
of mediums.
Insight
If you don’t know, you can’t act. This stream is all
about finding innovative new ways to getting the
information that leads to sound decision-making
and opens up new possibilities.
Social
If you want to have your say (or just listen to your
audience have theirs) you need to be part of the
conversation. Our social stream is dedicated to
making more of the platforms at your disposal.
Content
The role content plays in marketing, and the
approach businesses take in producing it continues
to evolve – but the old maxim still rings true:
content is king.
In this stream you’ll learn how to ensure what you
produce is meaningful and effective.
Don’t miss Thomas Kolster of Danfoss sharing
his tips on making your content work harder.
Engagement
Once you’ve captured an audiences attention, the
way you go about interacting with them can make
or brake your campaign. The engagement stream is
all about securing the former and dodging the latter.
Technology
We’re being furnished with an ever-increasing
arsenal of weapons to help us get our message
across. But it takes the human traits of good
judgment and inventiveness to make them effective.
Throughout the summit we’ll be running hands on
demonstrations of how you can use new tools to
solve old problems.
The RE:FRESH Competition
It’s not all about the speakers, of course. We
want you to have your say on how you see things
developing in the world of B2B marketing. If you’ve
got an idea that you think could shake up the
industry, be it and app or a festival – let us know.
You can explain your idea in any form you like, from
an explanatory video to a SlideShare like this one...
A winner will be picked on the day by our panel
of experts. They’ll receive tickets to the B2B
Awards in November and will have their idea
showcased in B2B Marketing magazine, as well
as at the summit itself.

  • 2. THE B2B MARKETING SUMMIT 2016 IS COMING!
  • 3. Bigger and better than ever, this years summit is a chance for the best and brightest in B2B marketing to meet, connect and get their fill of insight and inspiration.
  • 4. This year we’ve moved into a new, more spacious home – the Business Design Centre. And that means we’ll be able to host 850 people, allowing for even more cross-pollination of ideas.
  • 5. A big stage demands big name speakers. And our keynotes certainly fit the bill. As well as hearing from marketing experts such as Joe Pullizzi and Carlos Hidalgo, we’ll be also joined by speakers with experience in manufacturing, such as Russ Powell of Atos.
  • 6. With a raft of talents from various different industries attending, we’ve been sure to make sure all tastes are catered for…
  • 7. We’ve created six streams, allowing all our delegates to curate their own experience and make it as valuable as possible. Aside from events on the mainstage, there will be streams on: • Multichannel • Insight • Social • Content • Engagement • Technology
  • 8. On top of this we’ll also be running a specialist B2B Leaders stream. Directed at our C-suite delegates, it’ll be invaluable to those taking a board-level view of the summit’s central topics.

  • 10. Multichannel In this era, no one channel ever owns the conversation. Indeed, with most of us consuming content on multiple screens at once – even owning an audience’s attention is a challenge. Which is all the more reason to ensure your message is carried through the right mix of mediums.
  • 11. Insight If you don’t know, you can’t act. This stream is all about finding innovative new ways to getting the information that leads to sound decision-making and opens up new possibilities.
  • 12. Social If you want to have your say (or just listen to your audience have theirs) you need to be part of the conversation. Our social stream is dedicated to making more of the platforms at your disposal.
  • 13. Content The role content plays in marketing, and the approach businesses take in producing it continues to evolve – but the old maxim still rings true: content is king. In this stream you’ll learn how to ensure what you produce is meaningful and effective. Don’t miss Thomas Kolster of Danfoss sharing his tips on making your content work harder.
  • 14. Engagement Once you’ve captured an audiences attention, the way you go about interacting with them can make or brake your campaign. The engagement stream is all about securing the former and dodging the latter.
  • 15. Technology We’re being furnished with an ever-increasing arsenal of weapons to help us get our message across. But it takes the human traits of good judgment and inventiveness to make them effective. Throughout the summit we’ll be running hands on demonstrations of how you can use new tools to solve old problems.
  • 16. The RE:FRESH Competition It’s not all about the speakers, of course. We want you to have your say on how you see things developing in the world of B2B marketing.
