Intro to Bingo Blitz: Inventory
• Click on inventory to view your BB inventory.

• From the room view, you can see how many of each item you have in your
inventory (see #1 below). Note: If any item is blacked out (see #2 below),
your room is not complete. Therefore, you should not use any items in
that room as trades UNLESS you have more than one. For example, in the
image below, I only have one canoe. Since this room is not complete, I
should not use that item as a trade. If all of the items appear in color, (see
the Nashville below), you have completed that room and can use any
tradable items you have in that room as trades.

• Bingo Blitz organizes your inventory items according to the type of items
each is. The two items in the top row (on the left side – indicated with the
red “no” shapes) are FREE items which have no trade value. The two items
in the top row (on the right side – indicated with the orange arrows) are
HTG items, and the eight items in the two bottom rows are BUY items.

• Once you click on an item, you will see the item information box.
• Each item will have 1) a pictorial description of how to acquire the item
whereas grayscale means that item cannot be acquired through that
means (collection store, treasure chest, free, or shadow), and colored
items mean that you can acquire that item through those means; 2)
options available for you to use (request for free, buy, or gift to a friend
are the 3 options you might see).

HOW BB ITEMS ARE CLASSIFIED FOR TRADING

MEMBERSHIP RULES
• YOU MAY NOT BE AN ADMIN OR OWNER OF ANOTHER BINGO BLITZ
GROUP IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER IN THIS GROUP.
• PLEASE BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL TO THE ADMINS, OWNERS, AND
OTHER MEMBERS.
• WHILE WE WELCOME ALTERNATE ACCOUNTS (ALTS) INTO OUR GROUP, TO
GIVE EVERYONE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE EACH ROOM ON
AT LEAST ONE ACCOUNT, WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM ASKING TO
TRADE TO COMPLETE ONE OF YOUR ALTS UNTIL AT LEAST 2 MONTHS
AFTER A ROOM OPENS.
• WE ARE A GROUP THAT IS DEDICATED TO HELPING OUR MEMBERS ONLY,
SO IF YOU ARE TRYING TO HELP A TEAMMATE THAT IS NOT A MEMBER,
WE ASK THAT YOU INVITE THEM TO JOIN OUR GROUP INSTEAD AND HAVE
THEM ASK FOR HELP ON THEIR OWN.
• WE APPRECIATE DONATIONS, BUT PLEASE SEND THEM TO THE OWNERS
SO THAT THEY CAN BE DIVIDED AMONG OUR ADMINS MORE EVENLY.
PLEASE ALSO MAKE SURE TO KEEP ITEMS SO THAT YOU CAN OFFER THEM
AS TRADES.

MEMBERSHIP RULES
• MEMBERS SHOULD ONLY PM OWNERS WHEN THEY HAVE QUESTIONS,
CONCERNS, OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE GROUP. TRADE REQUESTS SENT
THROUGH PRIVATE MESSAGES TO ANY ADMIN WILL BE IGNORED.
• ADMINS USE CAP (CAPITAL LETTERS) TO COMMUNICATE WITH MEMBERS.
THIS IS SO THAT THEIR RESPONSES STAND OUT. IT IS NOT MEANT AS
YELLING.
• MEMBERS CAN PARTICIPATE IN AND HOST COMPS
(COMPETITIONS/GAMES). HOWEVER, NO FAMILY MEMBERS OR “REAL
LIFE” FRIENDS ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IN COMPS HOSTED BY OTHER
FAMILY MEMBERS OR “REAL LIFE” FRIENDS. WE DO ASK THAT ANYONE
WHO PARTICIPATES IN COMPS READS THE RULES FOR EACH COMP AS
THEY MAY BE DIFFERENT.
• MEMBERS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW OUR GROUP MEMBERSHIP AND
TRADING RULES AND MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN INACTIVE FOR MORE
THAN 2 MONTHS MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING.

BB Elite Orientation
• Bingo Blitz is an application on Facebook. BB Elite is a group on Facebook.
Facebook, Bingo Blitz, and BB Elite are three separate entities even though you
access all three by logging into Facebook. Below is a screen capture to show you
what our group page looks like. Please check out the arrows and the
corresponding explanations on the following slides to begin your orientation to our
group.

1) This icon lights up when you have new friend requests. Please see “Handling Friend
Requests” slide for information about dealing with friend requests.
2) This icon lights up when you have a message. When admins mention “PMing,” they
mean private messaging. This is where you would access messages. Please see our
group rules for information about messaging.

3) You will hear a lot about tagging in our group. Whenever someone “tags”
you, you receive a notification. This icon will light up whenever you have
been tagged. That means someone mentioned you in a comment or on a
post.
4) To access our group, from your Facebook home or news feed, you would
simply click on BB Elite which should show up on the left hand side of your
screen somewhere near where arrow 4 is below.

5) This is how you access the application (game) – Bingo Blitz. If you right click on this, you can
choose to open Bingo Blitz in a new tab. This will allow you to move back and forth between
your Facebook account and Bingo Blitz. If you are unsure about how tabs work on your
internet browser, please feel free to send a private message to an owner.
6) To post on our group wall, all you have to do is type a message in this box and hit enter on your
keyboard. Please watch your notifications because when we respond, we will tag you so that
you know.

7) By clicking on our photos tab, you can see past comps (group games) that have been done and
pictures with trade values of items in each room.
8) Clicking on the file tab will bring you to our documents page where you can access group
information and more.
9) If you have friends or family members who would like to join the group, you can type their
names into this box. Their pictures will pop up. When you click on their picture, they will be
added. However, an owner will have to approve them before they are officially admitted to
the group. Please make sure you have their permission before you add them though.

Handling Friend Requests
• If you get a notification that someone has requested you as
a friend, you will have the option to either click Confirm or
Not Now. (If you do not plan on confirming the new friend,
it would be better if you went to the person’s page and
clicked on Respond to Friend Request and click Delete
Request as seen in the image below.)
• If you are responding to a friend request from the
notification section as seen on the previous slides, and you
choose Not Now. The text Request hidden. Do you know
{name of person} outside of Facebook? will appear. DO NOT
ANSWER THIS QUESTION. Answering this question may
cause the other person to be “locked up in Facebook jail.”

TRADING RULES
• WHEN MEMBERS REQUEST AN HTG, WE WILL ASK FOR ANOTHER HTG AS A TRADE,
AND WHEN MEMBERS REQUEST A BUY ITEM, WE WILL ASK FOR A BUY ITEM AS A
TRADE.
• TRADES MUST COME FROM A ROOM CLOSE TO THE ONE IN WHICH ITEMS ARE
BEING REQUESTED FOR. TO CLARIFY, WE ASK FOR ITEMS WITHIN 3 ROOMS OF THE
ROOM THAT YOU ARE REQUESTING HELP WITH. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU NEED HELP
WITH CAIRO ITEMS, WE WILL ASK FOR TRADES FROM MUMBAI, TAHITI, RIO,
ROME, MOSCOW, OR MIAMI.
• WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HIGH DEMAND ITEMS, WE WILL ONLY BE TRADING SLOT
ITEMS FOR OTHER SLOT ITEMS.
• WHEN NEW ROOMS OPEN, SOME OF THE ITEMS WILL BE PLACED ON THE HIGH
DEMAND TRADING POST. ITEMS ON THAT POST CAN ONLY BE TRADED FOR OTHER
ITEMS ON THAT POST OF EQUAL TRADE VALUE. TYPICALLY, WE ONLY TRADE ITEMS
FOR OTHER ITEMS WITHIN THE SAME ROOM OF EQUAL TRADE VALUE FOR THE
FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS A NEW ROOM IS OPEN.
• IF YOU ARE NOT REQUESTING HELP WITH AN ITEM THAT IS PICTURED/LISTED ON
THE HIGH DEMAND TRADING POST AND THERE IS NO OTHER POST ON THE WALL
FOR THE ROOM YOU ARE REQUESTING HELP IN, YOU CAN POST YOUR TRADE
OFFER RIGHT ON OUR GROUP WALL.

TRADING WITH BB ELITE
• Now that you can navigate through the new BB, let’s
talk about trading in BB Elite.
• Free items cannot be used as trades since anyone can
send them or acquire them without even playing.
• HTG items are hard-to-get items. These items can only
be won on shadow cards.
• Some buy items can be won on shadow cards or in
treasure chests, but all can be bought using BB coins.

• Okay, so you need an item or two and want to ask BB Elite for
help. Review our trading rules. Then, go to your BB inventory
and check to see what you have to offer as trades.
• If your room is complete, any items you have are extras.
However, if your room is not complete, you need to make sure
you keep one of everything.

Then, come to our group
page. You will need to view
your Facebook News Feed or
Home page to find and enter
our group. Click on our group
name to enter our group.

FEED

• Once you are in our group, the pic below is an
image of what you will see.

• When you are not sure
what the trade value is
for an item, you can click
on Photos in BB Elite.
• Then, click on BB ROOM
INVENTORY PICS. Items
lists for each room are
included in this folder as
well as trade values for
each item.

• The first thing you should do is scan the wall for a trading post if the Bingo
Blitz room is new. (Newer rooms may have their own trading posts, yet
higher demand items can only be traded using that post.) If there is no
trading post, you will post your trade offer right on our wall by typing in
the box that says “Write something….” under Write Post.

• Once you have posted your trade offer on our wall, an
admin will respond (remember – he or she will use caps.
Please do not think he or she is yelling at you.) Most times
the admin will also tag you so that you receive a
notification. Usually, we respond within 10 minutes, so
please do not post trade offers and leave. A typical
response will say something like “PLEASE SEND YOUR
TRADES TO ME, AND I’LL SEND YOUR ITEM(S).”
• Once the admin responds, please “LIKE” their comment or
post that you will send your trades and then, go into BB and
send your trade(s).

• To send, you will simply click on the item in
your profile.
• Then, click on GIFT TO A FRIEND (purple
arrow).
• Next, type the admin’s name in the box. And
click on his or her picture when it pops up in
your list (red arrows). Note: A green
checkmark will appear on that person’s photo
once you have selected him or her.
• Third, click on SEND (orange arrow).
• After you send an item, a confirmation box
should appear (green arrow).
• Finally, you will repeat this procedure for
each item you will be sending.

• As soon as the admin receives
your trade(s), he or she will
send your request(s).
• We then ask that you let the
admin know you received
what you requested by
commenting on your original
post. Please view the pic
provided here to see a
completed trade.
• That’s all there is to trading!!!

PERMANENT GROUP POSTS
If you need free items in any room,
please find our FREEBIES post and
ask for those items there. Trades
are not required for FREE items.
If you need teammates or are in
Facebook Jail, please find our
Team Members post and ask for
members to add you there.
*Please be careful not to add too many people as friends at a time,
or you may end up in Facebook Jail where some of your Facebook
privileges are revoked for a certain period of time.

COMPS
• Our admins and some of our members host
games aka comps (or competitions) several times
every day. Each comp will have a set of rules
posted. Please make sure you read the rules
before joining. BB items are offered as prizes!!!
• We can also set it up for you to receive
notifications when comps are going to happen.
