Driven Out of The Market Continued…
As our ancestors migrated north of the Mason Dixon line and West, to establish communities richly populated by blacks and Native Indians in
Tulsa, Harlem, East St. Louis, IL, New Orleans and Watts, CA to name a few. From 1880 until the 1960’s black businesses benefited from
racism and segregation but that strategy was also their downfall. Black business controlled the market because LOCATION, in that, blacks
lived in the same community and did business with one another as white America didn’t want us in their neighbourhoods. Unfortunately, black
businesses owners became victims of intimidation, sabotage and violence by whites. In certain communities, our ancestors had to pay for
protection in order to operate a business while other’s suffered race riots. White racist came in black communities and attacked black business
owners and drove them out of their towns. For example, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Elaine, Arkansas, and Stamps, Arkansas and were all cities that
once was thickly populated by blacks but racial violence drove blacks out of that area.

Banks began to open in Georgia, Illinois, Ohio and New York. However, African American banking Enterprises in Ohio usually were short
lived. The Star Building and Loan association of Toledo was Ohio’s only African American banking institution when it was incorporated in
1913. Several black financial enterprises appeared in Ohio after the war. Organized by Herbert S. Chauncey and other black investors in 1919,
Cleveland’s Empire Building and Loan Association proposed during the 1920’s as the value of its deposits, capital stock, and assets grew. The
Cleveland Finance Company operated in Cleveland. The Credential Mortgage Company, the Adelphi Loan and Savins Company and the
Columbus Industrial Mortgage and Security Company operated in 1922. Horace Sudduth, established the Industrial Savings and Loan
Company and the East End Investment and Loan company was established by black investors in Cincinnati. 1

In 1934, there were only twelve banks owned by blacks in America- despite the fact that more than 134 had been created since 1888. They
were driven out of the market. Beginning with the establishment of the True Reformers’ Bank in Richmond, Virginia, and the Capital Savings
Bank in Washington, D.C., in 1888, Black banks had spread every state in the South by 1930. Although they expanded and proliferated
rapidly, they were short lived. Most of these banks failed in the same year they were established .2

New African American insurance businesses also appeared in Ohio during the 1920’s. Formed in 1919 Columbus’ Supreme Life and Casualty
Insurance Company was the most ambition black insurance firm in the state during the decade. In 1922 Supreme Life extended its in Ohio and
West Virginia, Arkansas and the District of Columbia.3

In 1939, sixty-seven black insurance companies underwrote $13 million in policies and employed 8,000 workers. They stood at the apex of
black business in America. Black insurance companies worked hand-in-hand with black undertakers- the only black business group in America
whose proportions in the black population rivalled those of their white counterparts in the white population.

Harry Herbert Pace was an officer of the Standard Life Insurance Company, which was the first African-American insurance company where
the selling of ordinary life insurance was its only purpose, the first legal reserve company run by and for African Americans in Georgia, and the
third African American insurance company that achieved legal reserve status. Pace became the President of Supreme Life Insurance Company,
which was the largest African American business in Chicago and the North. 5

Pace was born in Covington, Georgia. His father, Charles Pace, died when he was a baby so he was raised by his mother, Nancy Francis Pace.
Pace finished elementary school at age twelve and seven years later graduated valedictorian of his class in Atlanta University. Pace worked in
printing, banking and insurance industries in Atlanta, Georgia and Memphis, Tennessee. In 1925, Pace founded the Northeastern Life
Insurance Company in Newark, New Jersey, which became the largest African-American-owned business in the North during the 1930s.6

Today, those same tactics are alive and well today to drive legitimate black owned business out of the market and there are uninformed blacks
whom assist whites drive black owned business out of the market. What happens once they are driven out of the market? A business owner
must close their does and then begin looking for a JOB. The hostility to small black owned business is felt world-wide. Owning a business is
the best form of financial freedom regardless of the industry. History has left a road map for us to be successful.

"Small businesses create jobs and are the backbone of our country's economy," said Minister Vic Toews, Senior Regional
Minister and Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.”.

"Small business is the most dynamic sector of the Canadian economy. They create jobs and spur innovation," said Minister
       Carol Skelton.

Protecting black owned businesses is paramount particularly some don’t want people of African descent working in
corporate settings. Driving black owned businesses out of the market is like committing economic suicide.

Ossie Davis was born Raiford Chatman Davis, which was promptly
shortened to "R.C.", and heard by friends and neighbors as "Ossie." He
studied drama at Howard University, but dropped out to pursue a career
on stage -- plans which were interrupted by World War II.

He served in the Army Medical Corps in Liberia for nearly three years,
helping to establish a hospital there for African-American soldiers -- the

production of Anna Lucasta, and were married in 1948. It was a long,
loving, happy and wide open marriage that lasted till death did them part
in early 2005.

"It occurred to us, from observation and reasoning, that extramarital sex
was not what really destroyed marriages, but rather the lies and
deception that invariably accompanied it -- that was the culprit. So we
decided to give ourselves permission to sleep with other partners if we
wished -- as long as what we did was honest as well as private, and that
neither of us exposed the family to scandal or disease. We had to be
discreet and, if the word can be apt, honorable in our behavior, both to
ourselves, to whomever else might be involved, and most of all, to the
family. And for the most part, we were."

Davis returned to Broadway often. He wrote and starred in the title role
in Purlie Victorious with Sorrell Booke and Alan Alda, a controversial
play about segregation. He also wrote and starred in the film adaptation,
titled Gone Are the Days!. He later re-wrote the play as the stage
musical Purlie, which played on Broadway with Cleavon Little and
Melba Moore, and was filmed with Robert Guillaume and Sherman
Hemsley.

President of Independent Libya Foundation Issues 2012 Statement
The following Statement was issued and approved by Independent
Libya Foundation President Basit Igtet to media and foreign press
regarding the activities of the ILF in 2012. The press statement is as
follows:

"When the revolution started in February 2011 I made a commitment
to myself to support it until the end. I knew we had a chance for
freedom but I also know freedom does not come without sacrifice.
My father sacrificed his life for freedom and human rights in Libya in
the early years of Kaddafi's regime as did his father, my grandfather,
against Mussolini before him. The start of this revolution was a clear
call of duty, it was my time to continue my family's long fight against
injustice.
"In forming the International Libya Foundation (ILF) we took a clear
position in what is known as the 'Arab Spring' and what I believe is
really the human-spring - the beginning of an evolution for humanity.
At such an important time in human history, a time when people all
over the world are taking a stand and fighting for their freedom, I am
proud that the ILF was able to respond to Libya's cry for help.
"Thus, the ILF was founded out of an urgent need at a critical time in
Libya's history. It was founded out of duty and honor and fueled by
the belief that Libya could be and would be free. In the aftermath of
the revolution we at the ILF believe our work has only just begun.
We now have a country to rebuild, a population to support and care
for and a responsibility to humanity.
"We are committed to Libya's future as a thriving nation, built on a
strong foundation of human rights, democratic values and advanced
healthcare and other services vital to the health and well being of its
people. We believe our success in the coming months and years is
not only important for Libya but also for our neighbors in Africa and other nations around the world, mostly in South America, whose people are
struggling under oppressive regimes as ours did for 42 years. We believe we have a duty to help these people; to be an example and a resource
to them as they too strive to break free.
"As we look forward to 2012 we have a lot of work to do. This, the foundational development of our nation, we believe will be our most important
work. This year we will seek to accurately discover the true condition of Libya as a nation. We will invest ourselves to responsibly evaluate and
prioritize the country's needs as well as estimate its potentials in order to provide the most effective and ecological support in the years to come.
"We are committed to protecting Libya's hard earned freedom and honoring the human struggle the revolution represents. We also recognize
that with this new earned freedom comes great responsibility. We at the ILF seek to honor this freedom, and the many people who risked and
sacrificed their lives – both Libyans and those from France, the UK, USA and Qatar amongst others - to gain it by investing ourselves wholly in
Libya and working tirelessly to support the evolution of Libyan society.
"I am proud to be a member of this society – albeit an estranged one – and I look forward to evolving as part of the human team that will forward
my country, and hopefully the world, this year and for many more to come."

Inclusive hotels next summer as people will be looking to
have more control of their holiday budget. First Choice will become the Home of All Inclusive in 2012 as it becomes the first large tour operator
to sell 100% All Inclusive holidays, so it should be the first port of call for anyone looking for this type of holiday.
The trend for flexibility will continue, as more holidaymakers will be looking for more 10 and 11 night holidays, as one week is too short or they
are concerned about leaving their job for a full two weeks.
Thomson and First Choice also expect to see an increase in demand for their unique holiday concepts such as Sensatori, Couples, Families,
Holiday Villages and SplashWorld, as Brits look to spend their hard earned cash on a holiday that can't be found anywhere else.
Destinations
Traditional Mediterranean getaways are also tipped to be the top hot spots for Summer 2012. Brits will be flocking to book holidays to the
Balearics and mainland Spain, which they know and trust. However, Thomson and First Choice also expect to see a surge in popularity for up
and coming destinations like Cape Verde, Jamaica and Croatia. Mexico is also set to be a top choice for 2012, as it offers real luxury in a
stunning location at good prices.
Cruising
There has also been a lot of speculation in the media about Libya having the potential to be a hot tourist spot in the future. Thomson Cruises
agrees and it has already been scoping out itineraries that will include ports of call in Libya as well as Algeria and the Black Sea for Winter
2012/13.
Thomson Cruises also expects to see a very strong demand for cruises departing from the UK next year, particularly with "new to cruise"
customers that prefer not to fly and from existing cruisers who live within close proximity to Harwich and Newcastle. It also predicts there will be
a trend for more adventurous and unusual cruises as new and traditional cruisers want to visit some of the least discovered destinations in
Europe and North Africa.
Where to go to in 2012
The Balearic Islands: Menorca, Majorca and Ibiza
Traditional Mediterranean destinations such as Menorca, Majorca, and Ibiza have always been a favourite holiday hotspot amongst Brits, and
are continuing to become more popular as market volume continues to grow. Menorca is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a beach
holiday, as the island has more beaches than any other island in the Balearics, so there's a huge emphasis on relaxation. Majorca has a great
variety of things to do, whether it's partying in Magaluf, or enjoying gorgeous tapas food in Palma, there's something for everyone. Ibiza to some
may evoke images of wild nights out, however the island has a lot more to offer, such as white sand beaches, a beautiful countryside, and
delicious fresh seafood. Thomson has introduced Thomson Family units in each of the Balearic Islands which are proving to be popular with
customers with families. Thomson Family resorts are designed to keep the whole family happy, and every hotel in the collection has a 4T or 5T
rating.

"I wanted this collection to be available to every man

The BU Collection is about self-empowerment, self-

been very involved in the process and has been amazing to collaborate with."
Blair is a philanthropist at heart and his vision has evolved into this line in very meaningful ways. Each suit includes personal touches that
represent his own philosophies, such as burgundy stitching on the first two sleeve button holes, which represents Blair's belief that 'within all of
us, our blood runs the same color. It is our humanity that makes us interconnected.'
"It's those small touches that make a suit collection special and we hope our customers feel that each and every time they wear these
garments," Blake said.
Shop the BU Collection in-store at 100 K&G stores nationwide and 24/7 at KGstores.com.

only two African-Americans, yourself and your
                                                          Manager, David Hampton.

This assignment is to be shared with all professionals in your social networks as a discussion
                                                piece.

QUESTIONS:
    1) Where will you keep your files or leads…in your office at home or in a Safe Deposit Box?
    2) Since you are paid with commissions, will you maintain a set schedule or routine?
    3) Where will you set your appointments, in the office, on your cell phone or at home?
    4) Should you provide the manager at his request with a list of referrals that you both seek after to close
        sales?
    5) Should you focus on your warm market, your personal network who needs Acme International product
        and services?
    6) Should you try niche market? i.e. industry, location or firm size?
    7) You have a sure close at a large company, Sugar Hill Ltd. that will yield a very large commission for
you. Should you tell the Manager, David Hampton?
    8) Are you competent enough to service a large account alone?
    9) Should you bring the Manager, David Hampton in on the closing meeting?
    10) What if David Hampton requires you to bring in ten (10) other associates to service the clients whom
you must share the commissions. What will you do?
    11) You land the account at Sugar Hill Ltd. with your personal contact. However, David Hampton
terminates you and gives the account to someone. What will you do?

These are real issues that account executives face in the sales industry. Is it wise to seek after large
accounts in this competitive climate? Being connected and knowing the right people may help you land
the large account, but envy of your manager and other sales associates may get you fired. Please discuss
this scenario with seasoned professionals and map out a marketing plan for 2012. The possibilities are
limitless. Please be wise and calculative because they are.

services based on increasingly widespread mobile devices. For example, through its partnership with Vodafone, IBM is helping Safaricom to
provide its M-PESA mobile money service to over 15 million customers in East Africa.
"Africa is currently experiencing strong uptake in banking services in line with the growth of the continent's middle class and the adoption of
mobile and internet banking," said Anthony Mwai, County General Manager, IBM East Africa. "Advanced technologies are helping to drive a
wave of innovation across the African financial services sector as banks create new and accessible banking channels and take banking services
to previously unbanked parts of society."
According to analysts, Africa's financial services sector is currently worth over $100 billion and will continue to grow by double digits to 2020,
outpacing Africa's gross domestic product growth. Retail banking is currently the fastest growing segment predicted to grow at 18 per cent
between 2009 and 2020 through increased demand for deposit accounts and the launch of sophisticated banking services.*

Don Byron Releases New CD
An innovative, continually curious musical explorer like no other, Don
Byron has signed with Savoy Jazz and is gearing up for the release of
"LOVE, PEACE, AND SOUL," the debut album by his New Gospel
Quintet. With jazz as his springboard, the virtuosic clarinetist and
saxophonist has turned his ear to Gospel icons Thomas A. Dorsey and
Sister Rosetta Tharpe.

Featuring a stellar line-up of mostly longtime collaborators, the quintet
and several guest artists have created a soulful homage to Dorsey and
Tharpe with inspired interpretations of their compositions. Playing
alongside Byron are DK Dyson (vocals), Xavier Davis (piano, backing
vocals), Brad Jones (bass, backing vocals), Pheeroan Aklaff (drums)
and guests Brandon Ross and Vernon Reid (guitars), Dean Bowman
(vocals), Ralph Alessi (trumpet), and JD Parran (baritone saxophone).
Recorded at Harlem's Stadium Red Studio, the album was produced by Hans Wendl and engineered by Tom Lazarus, a team Byron has relied
on for many of his recordings. Savoy Jazz will release "LOVE, PEACE, AND SOUL" by the DON BYRON NEW GOSPEL QUINTET on February
21st, 2012.
Don Byron's idea to mine the historical riches of American Gospel came to fruition while teaching a course at SUNY, Albany. Once known as
"the father of Black Gospel music" Thomas A. Dorsey was a pioneer in combining traditional Christian
hymns with the rhythmic disciplines of Jazz and Blues—an almost rebellious perspective shared also by
Sister Rosetta Tharpe, another key musical reference for Byron. Both stretched and blew apart the
boundaries of traditional gospel structures and performance and in doing so created a template for a
unique form of spiritual expression grounded in African American culture.
Says Byron: "Dorsey's vision of blending modern songwriting, old time religious practices and elements
of low-down blues prevailed despite early resistance. It ultimately became a uniting element of African
American culture, even more so than Black dance music, which is regional in its appeal. Black religious
music is a very personal thing to me, as much if not more than any other style I have researched and
performed in the past. As much as I was fascinated by other legends I have explored like Duke Ellington and Stravinsky, I feel a deep spiritual
connection to Gospel that transcends just about everything else."

Health care and community care Financial Institutions
Social Services Education

The environment in which you work will either enhance productivity or hinder it. Before accepting a position,
understanding their policies and knowing your rights should be first on your list. Given the fact that certain industry or
more violent than others and may require physical contact, should you seek those types of employment? It is said, it’s
a job and someone has to do it but NOT you. Violence, productivity and financial independence DO NOT go hand in
hand. In fact, they don’t mix. It’s like oil and water.

These are the industries with the incidences of violence. Thusly, they are also the industries Nubian Enterprises

U.S. Chamber of Commerce Confirms Sara Bronfman as Board Member

The U.S.-Libya Chamber of Commerce (USLCC) announced the formal
appointment of Sara Bronfman to the board of directors Tuesday.

Bronfman's addition to the USLCC comes days after the U.S. Chamber of
Commerce announced its formal support for the newly established AmCham.
Both the USLCC and the Chamber maintain that the U.S. private sector must
be at the forefront of providing requisite support to the Libyan people in this
transitory period.
"USLCC's rapid development is further enhanced by the addition of Sara
Bronfman to its board of directors," said Lionel Johnson, vice president of
Middle East and North Africa Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce."

"At this crucial moment in Libya's history, participation of high profile citizens
like Ms. Bronfman, from such an important family in the history of American
enterprise sends a clear message to the Libyan people that the U.S. private
sector is working tirelessly to support the governmental transition and to
ensure greater economic prosperity for Libya's citizens than they have known
in their history."
Sara Bronfman is the first board appointment to the USLCC.

now documents and supports. For example, the researchers noted evidence of "[a]n improvement in sleep [that] has been a
common anecdotal report by Brain Wave Vibration practitioners, as has increase in energy and vitality." In effect, Brain Wave
Vibration was unique in its benefits to depression and sleep latency in study participants. The researchers concluded that the
results of this first controlled trial for this unique form of mind-body training were sufficiently provocative to warrant further
investigation.

2012 All Electric Automobile

CODA Automotive, a leading
developer of all-electric vehicles,
today announced that the zero-
emission CODA sedan will have two
mileage range and price options in
2012. In addition to the original
model, offering up to a 150-mile
range with a MSRP of $39,900, the
new 31kWh battery option will
provide a driving range of up to 125
miles(i) and will be available at a
lower base MSRP of $37,250. After
federal tax savings, the base price
will be $29,750, and will qualify for
additional state tax credits, including
a maximum of $2,500 in California
and up to $7,500 in 12 other
states(ii). The company developed
this option for the launch of its first
vehicle to accelerate the adoption of
electric vehicles in 2012.
"Since day one, CODA has been committed to deliver affordable and reliable electric vehicles and clean technology to customers," said Phil
Murtaugh, CEO, CODA Holdings. "Research shows that the high cost of today's alternative fuel technologies is one of the largest barriers that
keep the average driver from purchasing an electric vehicle. Our continuous dedication to identifying affordable solutions and passing the
savings on to our customers aligns with our mission of putting an electric vehicle into every garage."
The new 2012 CODA sedan mileage range option will maintain the key features for which the company is known. The first all-electric five-
passenger, mid-size sedan with full rear seating and trunk space meets American drivers' daily transportation needs without an ounce of
gasoline:
 Best in-class driving range: The 31kWh 2012 CODA mileage option provides real, useful driving range up to 125 miles, nearly four times
    the average daily commute.
 Best in-class range per dollar: The new option has a base price of $37,250 and can go up to 125 miles on a single charge. Federal and
individual state tax savings and credits may bring the price down to $22,250.
 Fast and easy recharging: A 6.6kW onboard charger provides an unbeatable charging speed, providing a 100-mile charge in as few as
    four hours.
 Dependable mileage range: The active air thermal management system provides constant battery care by keeping the battery pack at its
optimum temperature in hot and cold weather conditions(iii).
 The best battery technology: The only electric vehicle sedan is powered by a safe and efficient Lithium-iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) battery
pack with an industry leading 10-year, 100,000-mile battery warranty.
The new mileage range option offers CODA's industry leading battery technology with the best range per dollar of any electric vehicle on the
market. Deliveries of the first 2012 CODA sedans are anticipated to begin in February 2012.

Newton Gold Discovery in Vancouver
Amarc Resources Ltd. ("Amarc" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) is pleased to announce that delineation drilling
continues to expand the Newton bulk tonnage gold discovery in south-central British Columbia (BC). Assay results have been received from drill
hole 11049, which intersected two major gold mineralized intervals. Important gold results have now been returned from drill intersections
throughout an area that currently measures 900 metres by 600 metres and is open to expansion in several directions.
Results from hole 11049, together with those from the first five delineation holes (11044 through 11048, see Amarc news release December 6,
2011), are summarized in the Table of Assay Results below. A drill plan and other information regarding the Newton Project are available on
Amarc's website at http://www.amarcresources.com/ahr/MapsFigures.asp.

         1. Gold equivalent calculations use metal prices of Au US$1200/oz and Ag US$20/oz. Metallurgical recoveries and net smelter
returns are assumed to be 100%.
         2. All holes are drilled vertical.
         3. Widths reported are drill widths, such that true thicknesses are unknown. All assay intervals represent length weighted averages.
         4. The Newton property lies within BC's exciting and newly emerging gold belt, which includes New Gold's six million ounce-plus
Blackwater gold deposit. The age and geological characteristics of the gold mineralization at Newton demonstrate striking
similarities to the mineralization at Blackwater. Amarc has acquired an 80% interest in the Newton property and is the operator of
the Newton Joint Venture. Newton Gold Corp. has a 20% participating interest.
         5. "We continue to be extremely encouraged by the long intercepts of bulk tonnage style gold mineralization being intersected at
Newton, as well as its continuity and grade," said Amarc Executive Chairman Robert Dickinson. "We are confident that Newton will
be confirmed as the next major gold discovery in BC's new emerging Blackwater-Newton gold belt."
         6. Assaying of holes 11050 through 11055 is in progress and results will be released as they are received and compiled. Drilling has
stopped for the holiday season. Plans are to recommence drilling in late January 2012 and to continue drilling until the discovery is
              delineated.
Drilling at Newton is progressively stepping out from the discovery drill holes and has intersected from surface, increased thicknesses of the
pervasively altered felsic volcanic rocks that host disseminated sulphides and associated gold mineralization. It is the high primary permeability
of these favoured host rocks, coupled with their expanding geographic distribution that presents a permissive environment for the development
of a significant bulk tonnage-style gold deposit at Newton.
The Newton property is located some 100 kilometres west of the City of Williams Lake in a region characterized by gently rolling hills. The district
is well served by existing transportation and power infrastructure and a skilled workforce, which support a number of operating mines, as well as
late-stage mineral development and exploration projects. Newton is also located some 175 kilometres south of New Gold's Blackwater gold
deposit (Indicated Resources of 184 million tonnes at 0.94 g/t gold and 4.9 g/t silver and Inferred Resources of 43 million tonnes at 0.88 g/t gold
and 4.7 g/t silver at a 0.3 g/t gold cut‐off, New Gold website).

International Elephant Foundation 2012 Grants
The International Elephant Foundation (IEF) today announced that it is providing more than $225,000 to support 19 elephant conservation
projects for 2012.
IEF-supported projects protect elephants from poaching, seek solutions for human-elephant conflict, equip and train community conservationists,
increase our knowledge of the treatment and prevention of disease and educate people. In 2012, IEF will provide over $225,000 to support
elephant conservation around the world, adding to the over $2 million total invested in conserving elephants since its inception in 1998.
"The future for African and Asian elephants is in our hands," said IEF Executive Director, Deborah Olson. "The elephants in zoos and circuses
inspire support for the International Elephant Foundation. When someone sees, or perhaps touches, an elephant and gains a greater
understanding of the animal he or she has known only from picture books and video, they are then motivated to take action to save these
species from extinction."
IEF is a non-profit organization established in 1998 by a group of zoos, circuses and other elephant care facilities to enhance and promote
elephant conservation around the world. The IEF Board of Directors includes representatives from institutions that collectively care for more than
150 Asian and African Elephants in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
"We are extremely proud that through its annual grant program IEF continues to play a vital role in both helping elephants and in the
preservation of these magnificent but endangered species," said incoming IEF President Martha Fischer.
The following elephant conservation projects will receive support from IEF in 2012:

As a non-profit organization dedicated to elephant conservation, education and research, IEF funds worthy elephant conservation and research
projects worldwide. To learn more about IEF or to contribute to elephant conservation efforts, please visit IEF's website at

Sunbelt Expands to Power Developing Nations
Sunbelt International (http://www.sunbelt-inter.com/) (OTCBB: SUNB) is pleased to announce expansion through the developing nation initiative.
The company announced today that they will offer a wide service range through the Operation Network to provide critically nee ded local Turbine
and Solar PV services and technical support to the energy users in Africa. Sunbelt International president Fang Soo Lui realizes the potential this
initiative has for both the company and the end users. Mr.Lui has had several meetings with the Developing Nations and Aid organizations who
are planning to invest in the future of developing countries, and exploit Africa's huge energy potential as a weapon against poverty.

Currently, 600 million people in Africa live with no access to electricity. The enormous solar energy potential in Africa is currently underutilized,
and only accounts for less than 2% of installed world solar facilities or solar / wind farms. Of the fossil energy sources that are exploited in Africa,
only 25% of oil production is consumed locally. Limited energy development in the region has resulted in one of the lowest use of modern energy
sources. More than 75% of sub-Saharan Africans have no access to electricity, compared to fewer than 15% of Latin Americans and East
Asians. Sunbelt International can facilitate current efforts to spur economic growth and reduce poverty by providing the region with a needed
energy supply.

Developing countries are a large market for the sustainable energy systems provided by Sunbelt International. Due to poor infrastructure, and
large initial investment requirements, only 7 percent of the potential market is being reached. At least half of the African Continent's 53 countries
could profitably produce Wind / Solar energy. Sunbelt International is pleased to reach these markets to provide sustainable energy solutions.

African Diplomatic Community Attends Leon H. Sullivan Event
An excited crowd of Africanists gathered December 16, 2011 along with members of the African Diplomatic
Community, Heads of State, Congressmen, and Senators for the Leon H. Sullivan Honors event at the Marriott
Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Known as the “Sullivan Honors” and named for the late Reverend Leon H. Sullivan, the event highlights the
achievements of individuals and entities that have provided exemplary service to the cause of humanity on the
continent of Africa.

“A Bridge to Africa,” the theme of the evening event and the focus of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation, has been
instilled in and is created through the work of the organization. The organization develops projects and programs
through its unique “Sullivan Summits” that focus on eradicating poverty and promoting economic development. Mrs.
Hope Sullivan Masters, President and CEO of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation stated yesterday, “Tonight, we honor
Africa…we celebrate all of Africa…and we
celebrate very significant sons of Africa this
evening.”

The 2011 distinguished Honorees were H.E.
John A. Kufuor, former President of Ghana; H.E.
Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of Nigeria;
and the African Union. Each “Sullivan Honor”
was awarded as a way to signify the Honorees’
efforts in championing human rights, democracy,
good governance, poverty eradication, and a
commitment to solving Africa’s ailing issues in
economic development.
                                                           H.E. John A. Kufuor H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo
On a special note, US Agency for International Development Administrator Dr. Rajiv Shah was also in attendance and
gave a speech stating, “We (USAID) remain committed to making sure we engage with the continent and its leaders
and its entrepreneurs, its women farmers, its medical doctors, its patients, in a manner that is respectful, in a manner
that prioritizes partnerships, in a manner that respects the great innovation and incredible success of so many African
economies, that even during this challenging time for the global community are growing at 7, 8, 9, or 10%.”

The role of development: promoting economic growth, eradicating poverty, and creating an environment of hope, is
one in part of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation’s ideals.

Dr. Shah went on to say, “We stand with you in a spirit of real partnership and support, and we seek to learn as much
from our engagements on the continent as we have to offer…”
Distinguished guests of the night included members of congress such as Congressman Bobby Rush, who was
honored with the title of “Sullivan Soldier”—a title that is given to individuals for their commitment toward building
community service projects and providing a voice to individuals who have none. Other Sullivan Soldiers included
Reverend Peter Mathews, Reverend Tony Lee, and Ralph Perkins.

Congressman Bobby Rush, in the opening of his speech, paid tribute to the late Rev. Sullivan stating that, “Dr. Leon
Sullivan was a visionary who saw beyond our problems and recognized our potential, he saw beyond our differences
and recognized our distinction, he saw beyond our poverty and recognized our prosperity. Let me remind you that the
Sullivan Principles are the proven pathways for Africa and the diaspora…”

  • 3. Driven Out of The Market Continued… As our ancestors migrated north of the Mason Dixon line and West, to establish communities richly populated by blacks and Native Indians in Tulsa, Harlem, East St. Louis, IL, New Orleans and Watts, CA to name a few. From 1880 until the 1960’s black businesses benefited from racism and segregation but that strategy was also their downfall. Black business controlled the market because LOCATION, in that, blacks lived in the same community and did business with one another as white America didn’t want us in their neighbourhoods. Unfortunately, black businesses owners became victims of intimidation, sabotage and violence by whites. In certain communities, our ancestors had to pay for protection in order to operate a business while other’s suffered race riots. White racist came in black communities and attacked black business owners and drove them out of their towns. For example, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Elaine, Arkansas, and Stamps, Arkansas and were all cities that once was thickly populated by blacks but racial violence drove blacks out of that area. Banks began to open in Georgia, Illinois, Ohio and New York. However, African American banking Enterprises in Ohio usually were short lived. The Star Building and Loan association of Toledo was Ohio’s only African American banking institution when it was incorporated in 1913. Several black financial enterprises appeared in Ohio after the war. Organized by Herbert S. Chauncey and other black investors in 1919, Cleveland’s Empire Building and Loan Association proposed during the 1920’s as the value of its deposits, capital stock, and assets grew. The Cleveland Finance Company operated in Cleveland. The Credential Mortgage Company, the Adelphi Loan and Savins Company and the Columbus Industrial Mortgage and Security Company operated in 1922. Horace Sudduth, established the Industrial Savings and Loan Company and the East End Investment and Loan company was established by black investors in Cincinnati. 1 In 1934, there were only twelve banks owned by blacks in America- despite the fact that more than 134 had been created since 1888. They were driven out of the market. Beginning with the establishment of the True Reformers’ Bank in Richmond, Virginia, and the Capital Savings Bank in Washington, D.C., in 1888, Black banks had spread every state in the South by 1930. Although they expanded and proliferated rapidly, they were short lived. Most of these banks failed in the same year they were established .2 New African American insurance businesses also appeared in Ohio during the 1920’s. Formed in 1919 Columbus’ Supreme Life and Casualty Insurance Company was the most ambition black insurance firm in the state during the decade. In 1922 Supreme Life extended its in Ohio and West Virginia, Arkansas and the District of Columbia.3 In 1939, sixty-seven black insurance companies underwrote $13 million in policies and employed 8,000 workers. They stood at the apex of black business in America. Black insurance companies worked hand-in-hand with black undertakers- the only black business group in America whose proportions in the black population rivalled those of their white counterparts in the white population. Harry Herbert Pace was an officer of the Standard Life Insurance Company, which was the first African-American insurance company where the selling of ordinary life insurance was its only purpose, the first legal reserve company run by and for African Americans in Georgia, and the third African American insurance company that achieved legal reserve status. Pace became the President of Supreme Life Insurance Company, which was the largest African American business in Chicago and the North. 5 Pace was born in Covington, Georgia. His father, Charles Pace, died when he was a baby so he was raised by his mother, Nancy Francis Pace. Pace finished elementary school at age twelve and seven years later graduated valedictorian of his class in Atlanta University. Pace worked in printing, banking and insurance industries in Atlanta, Georgia and Memphis, Tennessee. In 1925, Pace founded the Northeastern Life Insurance Company in Newark, New Jersey, which became the largest African-American-owned business in the North during the 1930s.6 Today, those same tactics are alive and well today to drive legitimate black owned business out of the market and there are uninformed blacks whom assist whites drive black owned business out of the market. What happens once they are driven out of the market? A business owner must close their does and then begin looking for a JOB. The hostility to small black owned business is felt world-wide. Owning a business is the best form of financial freedom regardless of the industry. History has left a road map for us to be successful. "Small businesses create jobs and are the backbone of our country's economy," said Minister Vic Toews, Senior Regional Minister and Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.”. "Small business is the most dynamic sector of the Canadian economy. They create jobs and spur innovation," said Minister Carol Skelton. Protecting black owned businesses is paramount particularly some don’t want people of African descent working in corporate settings. Driving black owned businesses out of the market is like committing economic suicide. • 4. Ossie Davis was born Raiford Chatman Davis, which was promptly shortened to "R.C.", and heard by friends and neighbors as "Ossie." He studied drama at Howard University, but dropped out to pursue a career on stage -- plans which were interrupted by World War II. He served in the Army Medical Corps in Liberia for nearly three years, helping to establish a hospital there for African-American soldiers -- the Images of Our Army, of course, was still segregated. After his tour of duty, Davis came to New York, and made his Broadway debut in 1946 in Jeb. The play Past.... closed one week after it opened, but in the cast was Ruby Dee. Neither remembered the moment they met, but they toured together in a production of Anna Lucasta, and were married in 1948. It was a long, loving, happy and wide open marriage that lasted till death did them part in early 2005. "It occurred to us, from observation and reasoning, that extramarital sex was not what really destroyed marriages, but rather the lies and deception that invariably accompanied it -- that was the culprit. So we decided to give ourselves permission to sleep with other partners if we wished -- as long as what we did was honest as well as private, and that neither of us exposed the family to scandal or disease. We had to be discreet and, if the word can be apt, honorable in our behavior, both to ourselves, to whomever else might be involved, and most of all, to the family. And for the most part, we were." Davis returned to Broadway often. He wrote and starred in the title role in Purlie Victorious with Sorrell Booke and Alan Alda, a controversial play about segregation. He also wrote and starred in the film adaptation, titled Gone Are the Days!. He later re-wrote the play as the stage musical Purlie, which played on Broadway with Cleavon Little and Melba Moore, and was filmed with Robert Guillaume and Sherman Hemsley. Ossie Davis, Actor, Humanitarian & Activist As an actor, Davis appeared on stage in A Raisin in the Sun, I'm Not Rappaport, and of course, many other plays over his long career. In his December 18, 1917 – February 4, 2005 first film, 1950's No Way Out with Richard Widmark and Sidney Poitier, Davis's role was so small he didn't even receive screen credit -- and Dee played his wife, as she often did. In later films, he was the neighborhood elder who gave Spike Lee the titular advice: "Do the right thing." He played Martin Luther King Sr. to Paul Winfield's Junior in the top-notch miniseries King, and John F. Kennedy in Bubba Ho-tep, opposite Bruce Campbell's Elvis Presley. He played Omar on Car 54, Where Are You?, and wrote For Us the Living: The Medgar Evers Story. He was one of the first blacks permitted to direct major Hollywood films, beginning with Cotton Comes to Harlem in 1970, with Godfrey Cambridge and Redd Foxx. Davis and Dee raised their three children with blanket permission to smoke marijuana and have sex, so long as they did these things in the safety of the family home. Davis delivered the eulogy in Lee's Malcolm X -- the same eulogy he had actually delivered at Malcolm X's memorial service. Davis did voice-overs for the United Negro College Fund for Born Wesley Cook[1] on April 24, 1954) was many years, speaking the words, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste." convicted of the 1981 murder of Philadelphia police He co-founded Third World Cinema, a production company to help officer Daniel Faulkner and sentenced to death.[2] African-American and Puerto Rican filmmakers. In his later years, Davis worked to obtain a new trial for Mumia Abu-Jamal. Source: Wikipedia 4 Copyright February 2012 © Nubian Enterprises

  • 6. President of Independent Libya Foundation Issues 2012 Statement The following Statement was issued and approved by Independent Libya Foundation President Basit Igtet to media and foreign press regarding the activities of the ILF in 2012. The press statement is as follows: "When the revolution started in February 2011 I made a commitment to myself to support it until the end. I knew we had a chance for freedom but I also know freedom does not come without sacrifice. My father sacrificed his life for freedom and human rights in Libya in the early years of Kaddafi's regime as did his father, my grandfather, against Mussolini before him. The start of this revolution was a clear call of duty, it was my time to continue my family's long fight against injustice. "In forming the International Libya Foundation (ILF) we took a clear position in what is known as the 'Arab Spring' and what I believe is really the human-spring - the beginning of an evolution for humanity. At such an important time in human history, a time when people all over the world are taking a stand and fighting for their freedom, I am proud that the ILF was able to respond to Libya's cry for help. "Thus, the ILF was founded out of an urgent need at a critical time in Libya's history. It was founded out of duty and honor and fueled by the belief that Libya could be and would be free. In the aftermath of the revolution we at the ILF believe our work has only just begun. We now have a country to rebuild, a population to support and care for and a responsibility to humanity. "We are committed to Libya's future as a thriving nation, built on a strong foundation of human rights, democratic values and advanced healthcare and other services vital to the health and well being of its people. We believe our success in the coming months and years is not only important for Libya but also for our neighbors in Africa and other nations around the world, mostly in South America, whose people are struggling under oppressive regimes as ours did for 42 years. We believe we have a duty to help these people; to be an example and a resource to them as they too strive to break free. "As we look forward to 2012 we have a lot of work to do. This, the foundational development of our nation, we believe will be our most important work. This year we will seek to accurately discover the true condition of Libya as a nation. We will invest ourselves to responsibly evaluate and prioritize the country's needs as well as estimate its potentials in order to provide the most effective and ecological support in the years to come. "We are committed to protecting Libya's hard earned freedom and honoring the human struggle the revolution represents. We also recognize that with this new earned freedom comes great responsibility. We at the ILF seek to honor this freedom, and the many people who risked and sacrificed their lives – both Libyans and those from France, the UK, USA and Qatar amongst others - to gain it by investing ourselves wholly in Libya and working tirelessly to support the evolution of Libyan society. "I am proud to be a member of this society – albeit an estranged one – and I look forward to evolving as part of the human team that will forward my country, and hopefully the world, this year and for many more to come." • 7. Top Trends for 2012 When all the turkey has been eaten, the last Christmas cracker pulled and 2011 starts to draw to a close, as well as New Year resolutions, people will start thinking about where to jet off to on their summer holidays. So where will the Great British public be heading in 2012 and what trends will we see in the travel market? Thomson and First Choice have put together their predictions of what the year ahead will have in store. Booking trends Although money will continue to be tight for many households, people will not be willing to forgo their annual break in the sun and would prefer to save in other areas. While still escaping to the sun, customers will be looking for quality breaks away in 2012, which are unique and offer great value for money. First Choice expects more holidaymakers to select All Inclusive hotels next summer as people will be looking to have more control of their holiday budget. First Choice will become the Home of All Inclusive in 2012 as it becomes the first large tour operator to sell 100% All Inclusive holidays, so it should be the first port of call for anyone looking for this type of holiday. The trend for flexibility will continue, as more holidaymakers will be looking for more 10 and 11 night holidays, as one week is too short or they are concerned about leaving their job for a full two weeks. Thomson and First Choice also expect to see an increase in demand for their unique holiday concepts such as Sensatori, Couples, Families, Holiday Villages and SplashWorld, as Brits look to spend their hard earned cash on a holiday that can't be found anywhere else. Destinations Traditional Mediterranean getaways are also tipped to be the top hot spots for Summer 2012. Brits will be flocking to book holidays to the Balearics and mainland Spain, which they know and trust. However, Thomson and First Choice also expect to see a surge in popularity for up and coming destinations like Cape Verde, Jamaica and Croatia. Mexico is also set to be a top choice for 2012, as it offers real luxury in a stunning location at good prices. Cruising There has also been a lot of speculation in the media about Libya having the potential to be a hot tourist spot in the future. Thomson Cruises agrees and it has already been scoping out itineraries that will include ports of call in Libya as well as Algeria and the Black Sea for Winter 2012/13. Thomson Cruises also expects to see a very strong demand for cruises departing from the UK next year, particularly with "new to cruise" customers that prefer not to fly and from existing cruisers who live within close proximity to Harwich and Newcastle. It also predicts there will be a trend for more adventurous and unusual cruises as new and traditional cruisers want to visit some of the least discovered destinations in Europe and North Africa. Where to go to in 2012 The Balearic Islands: Menorca, Majorca and Ibiza Traditional Mediterranean destinations such as Menorca, Majorca, and Ibiza have always been a favourite holiday hotspot amongst Brits, and are continuing to become more popular as market volume continues to grow. You posses a Bachelors of Science in Business from a four year accredited university and you are a member of an exclusive African-American Mason’s. You joined Acme International nine (9) months ago and completed your on the job training three (3) months ago. You have a black manager with slithery tactics but your manager none-the-less. This office has only two African-Americans, yourself and your Manager, David Hampton. This assignment is to be shared with all professionals in your social networks as a discussion piece. QUESTIONS: 1) Where will you keep your files or leads…in your office at home or in a Safe Deposit Box? 2) Since you are paid with commissions, will you maintain a set schedule or routine? 3) Where will you set your appointments, in the office, on your cell phone or at home? 4) Should you provide the manager at his request with a list of referrals that you both seek after to close sales? 5) Should you focus on your warm market, your personal network who needs Acme International product and services? 6) Should you try niche market? i.e. industry, location or firm size? 7) You have a sure close at a large company, Sugar Hill Ltd. that will yield a very large commission for you. Should you tell the Manager, David Hampton? 8) Are you competent enough to service a large account alone? 9) Should you bring the Manager, David Hampton in on the closing meeting? 10) What if David Hampton requires you to bring in ten (10) other associates to service the clients whom you must share the commissions. What will you do? 11) You land the account at Sugar Hill Ltd. with your personal contact. However, David Hampton terminates you and gives the account to someone. What will you do? These are real issues that account executives face in the sales industry. Is it wise to seek after large accounts in this competitive climate? Being connected and knowing the right people may help you land the large account, but envy of your manager and other sales associates may get you fired. Please discuss this scenario with seasoned professionals and map out a marketing plan for 2012. The possibilities are limitless. Please be wise and calculative because they are. 9 Copyright February 2012 © Nubian Enterprises

  • 13. Don Byron Releases New CD An innovative, continually curious musical explorer like no other, Don Byron has signed with Savoy Jazz and is gearing up for the release of "LOVE, PEACE, AND SOUL," the debut album by his New Gospel Quintet. With jazz as his springboard, the virtuosic clarinetist and saxophonist has turned his ear to Gospel icons Thomas A. Dorsey and Sister Rosetta Tharpe. Featuring a stellar line-up of mostly longtime collaborators, the quintet and several guest artists have created a soulful homage to Dorsey and Tharpe with inspired interpretations of their compositions. Playing alongside Byron are DK Dyson (vocals), Xavier Davis (piano, backing vocals), Brad Jones (bass, backing vocals), Pheeroan Aklaff (drums) and guests Brandon Ross and Vernon Reid (guitars), Dean Bowman (vocals), Ralph Alessi (trumpet), and JD Parran (baritone saxophone). Recorded at Harlem's Stadium Red Studio, the album was produced by Hans Wendl and engineered by Tom Lazarus, a team Byron has relied on for many of his recordings. Savoy Jazz will release "LOVE, PEACE, AND SOUL" by the DON BYRON NEW GOSPEL QUINTET on February 21st, 2012. Don Byron's idea to mine the historical riches of American Gospel came to fruition while teaching a course at SUNY, Albany. Once known as "the father of Black Gospel music" Thomas A. Dorsey was a pioneer in combining traditional Christian hymns with the rhythmic disciplines of Jazz and Blues—an almost rebellious perspective shared also by Sister Rosetta Tharpe, another key musical reference for Byron. Both stretched and blew apart the boundaries of traditional gospel structures and performance and in doing so created a template for a unique form of spiritual expression grounded in African American culture. Says Byron: "Dorsey's vision of blending modern songwriting, old time religious practices and elements of low-down blues prevailed despite early resistance. It ultimately became a uniting element of African American culture, even more so than Black dance music, which is regional in its appeal. Black religious music is a very personal thing to me, as much if not more than any other style I have researched and performed in the past. As much as I was fascinated by other legends I have explored like Duke Ellington and Stravinsky, I feel a deep spiritual connection to Gospel that transcends just about everything else." "LOVE, PEACE, AND SOUL" Track listing: 1. Highway to Heaven 2. When They've Sung My Last Song 3. It's My Desire 4. Sham Time 5. Consideration 6. Take My Hand, Precious Lord 7. Beams of Heaven 8. From customers, the worker to our families, all can be hurt or harmed while at work. Women are at especially high risk of experiencing violence at work because they are concentrated in high risk occupations, such as teaching, social working, nursing, banking and retail. In 2004, 24% of workplace violence incidents were sexual assaults.1 93% of victims of sexual offences in Canada were female.2 Workplace violence can occur in any type of industry. The risk of violence is higher in these types of workplaces: Health care and community care Financial Institutions Social Services Education Retail Transportation Hospitality Police, security and corrections The environment in which you work will either enhance productivity or hinder it. Before accepting a position, understanding their policies and knowing your rights should be first on your list. Given the fact that certain industry or more violent than others and may require physical contact, should you seek those types of employment? It is said, it’s a job and someone has to do it but NOT you. Violence, productivity and financial independence DO NOT go hand in hand. In fact, they don’t mix. It’s like oil and water. These are the industries with the incidences of violence. Thusly, they are also the industries Nubian Enterprises strongly suggest for job seekers to AVOID. Retail is extremely dangerous because the associate handles CASH and night hours may be prove to be deadly. Nubian Enterprises suggest seeking safer occupations. Results of Brain Wave Study Announced BEST Life Media, publisher of the Award Winning Brain Wave Vibration, and other books on health and wellness and the mind-body connection, is pleased to announce the results of a recent study concerning the Brain Wave Vibration meditation method. In a study appearing in Volume 2012 of Evidence- Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Article ID 234713 a team including researchers from the University of London and the Korea Institute of Brain Science report the results of their assessment of the comparative effects of Brain Wave Vibration, Iyengar Yoga and Mindfulness training on mood, well-being and immune function. Created by author and world-renowned meditation teacher, Ilchi Lee, this unique form of meditation is based in a combination of Korean tradition and modern understanding of the human brain. Brain Wave Vibration is a moving meditation involving movements of the head, neck and body and is designed to relax mind and body. It is considered most beneficial when practiced in combination with other yoga exercises. A previous study showed how Brain Wave Vibration has positive effects on regulating stress, but the current study looks more deeply at the benefits of the practice. Participants in the University of London study practiced the method as part of a 5-week program and experienced mental benefits, comparative to Mindfulness training, and physical and emotional benefits, comparative to Iyengar yoga. Brain Wave Vibration was introduced to many people with BEST Life Media's 2008 publication of the Ilchi Lee book by the same name. Since that time many people have reported benefits from practicing Brain Wave Vibration, which the study now documents and supports. For example, the researchers noted evidence of "[a]n improvement in sleep [that] has been a common anecdotal report by Brain Wave Vibration practitioners, as has increase in energy and vitality." In effect, Brain Wave Vibration was unique in its benefits to depression and sleep latency in study participants. The researchers concluded that the results of this first controlled trial for this unique form of mind-body training were sufficiently provocative to warrant further investigation. • 19. Newton Gold Discovery in Vancouver Amarc Resources Ltd. ("Amarc" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) is pleased to announce that delineation drilling continues to expand the Newton bulk tonnage gold discovery in south-central British Columbia (BC). Assay results have been received from drill hole 11049, which intersected two major gold mineralized intervals. Important gold results have now been returned from drill intersections throughout an area that currently measures 900 metres by 600 metres and is open to expansion in several directions. Results from hole 11049, together with those from the first five delineation holes (11044 through 11048, see Amarc news release December 6, 2011), are summarized in the Table of Assay Results below. A drill plan and other information regarding the Newton Project are available on Amarc's website at http://www.amarcresources.com/ahr/MapsFigures.asp. 1. Gold equivalent calculations use metal prices of Au US$1200/oz and Ag US$20/oz. Metallurgical recoveries and net smelter returns are assumed to be 100%. 2. All holes are drilled vertical. 3. Widths reported are drill widths, such that true thicknesses are unknown. All assay intervals represent length weighted averages. 4. The Newton property lies within BC's exciting and newly emerging gold belt, which includes New Gold's six million ounce-plus Blackwater gold deposit. The age and geological characteristics of the gold mineralization at Newton demonstrate striking similarities to the mineralization at Blackwater. Amarc has acquired an 80% interest in the Newton property and is the operator of the Newton Joint Venture. Newton Gold Corp. has a 20% participating interest. 5. "We continue to be extremely encouraged by the long intercepts of bulk tonnage style gold mineralization being intersected at Newton, as well as its continuity and grade," said Amarc Executive Chairman Robert Dickinson. "We are confident that Newton will be confirmed as the next major gold discovery in BC's new emerging Blackwater-Newton gold belt." 6. Assaying of holes 11050 through 11055 is in progress and results will be released as they are received and compiled. Drilling has stopped for the holiday season. Plans are to recommence drilling in late January 2012 and to continue drilling until the discovery is delineated. Drilling at Newton is progressively stepping out from the discovery drill holes and has intersected from surface, increased thicknesses of the pervasively altered felsic volcanic rocks that host disseminated sulphides and associated gold mineralization. It is the high primary permeability of these favoured host rocks, coupled with their expanding geographic distribution that presents a permissive environment for the development of a significant bulk tonnage-style gold deposit at Newton. • 21. Sono Releases First Phase High Resolution Sono Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: SRCI) (the "Company" or "Sono") announces that the first definitive drilling targets have been generated from the interpretation of the data of the high resolution airborne magnetic ("HRAM") survey which was recently acquired. The results of the HRAM are of high quality and provide invaluable insight into the structural and geological setting. It would appear from the interpretation of the data that the geological evolution of this portion of the Kalahari Copper Belt ("KCB") underwent two tectonic episodes: one, a simple compressive regime, which generated the ubiquitous synclines and anticlines observed throughout the belt, followed by a later compression from a possible left lateral regional shear couple. This second episode has overprinted many Reidel structural elements and thrusting. Company geologist, Luc Antoine states, "The geology of the Bonnyridge License Blocks is all structurally controlled and the HRAM allows us better insight into interpretation. Encouragingly, several of the priority targets from the HRAM data interpretation coincide with the geophysical anomalies." A detailed HRAM Map with drill targets is available for online viewing here (http://tinyurl.com/7j2vtg8). Sono engaged Dewet Drilling of Botswana in late November to utilize its 50 years of drilling experience in the region to handle the Company's phase one drilling program. The drilling program is being designed to test for the presence of sediment-hosted copper/silver mineralization at five of the initial target locations. It is slated to begin early January 2012. The Bonnyridge Property is located within the central portion of the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana. The KCB is widely characterized as the southwesterly extension of the Zambian/DRC Copper Belt extending through Botswana and into Namibia. About Sono Resources, Inc. Sono Resources, Inc. is a mineral exploration company seeking to acquire, explore and develop highly prospective metal projects in Africa. Its core project, located in Botswana, covers 2965.6 square kilometers and is in the center of the Kalahari Copper Belt, recognized as one of the largest exploration copper belts in the world. International Elephant Foundation 2012 Grants The International Elephant Foundation (IEF) today announced that it is providing more than $225,000 to support 19 elephant conservation projects for 2012. IEF-supported projects protect elephants from poaching, seek solutions for human-elephant conflict, equip and train community conservationists, increase our knowledge of the treatment and prevention of disease and educate people. The IEF Board of Directors includes representatives from institutions that collectively care for more than 150 Asian and African Elephants in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. Sunbelt Expands to Power Developing Nations Sunbelt International (http://www.sunbelt-inter.com/) (OTCBB: SUNB) is pleased to announce expansion through the developing nation initiative. The company announced today that they will offer a wide service range through the Operation Network to provide critically nee ded local Turbine and Solar PV services and technical support to the energy users in Africa. Sunbelt International president Fang Soo Lui realizes the potential this initiative has for both the company and the end users. Mr.Lui has had several meetings with the Developing Nations and Aid organizations who are planning to invest in the future of developing countries, and exploit Africa's huge energy potential as a weapon against poverty. Currently, 600 million people in Africa live with no access to electricity. The enormous solar energy potential in Africa is currently underutilized, and only accounts for less than 2% of installed world solar facilities or solar / wind farms. Of the fossil energy sources that are exploited in Africa, only 25% of oil production is consumed locally. Limited energy development in the region has resulted in one of the lowest use of modern energy sources. More than 75% of sub-Saharan Africans have no access to electricity, compared to fewer than 15% of Latin Americans and East Asians. Sunbelt International can facilitate current efforts to spur economic growth and reduce poverty by providing the region with a needed energy supply. Developing countries are a large market for the sustainable energy systems provided by Sunbelt International. Due to poor infrastructure, and large initial investment requirements, only 7 percent of the potential market is being reached. At least half of the African Continent's 53 countries could profitably produce Wind / Solar energy. Sunbelt International is pleased to reach these markets to provide sustainable energy solutions. • 24. African Diplomatic Community Attends Leon H. Sullivan Event An excited crowd of Africanists gathered December 16, 2011 along with members of the African Diplomatic Community, Heads of State, Congressmen, and Senators for the Leon H. Sullivan Honors event at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. Known as the “Sullivan Honors” and named for the late Reverend Leon H. Sullivan, the event highlights the achievements of individuals and entities that have provided exemplary service to the cause of humanity on the continent of Africa. “A Bridge to Africa,” the theme of the evening event and the focus of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation, has been instilled in and is created through the work of the organization. The organization develops projects and programs through its unique “Sullivan Summits” that focus on eradicating poverty and promoting economic development. Mrs. Hope Sullivan Masters, President and CEO of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation stated yesterday, “Tonight, we honor Africa…we celebrate all of Africa…and we celebrate very significant sons of Africa this evening.” The 2011 distinguished Honorees were H.E. John A. Kufuor, former President of Ghana; H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of Nigeria; and the African Union. Each “Sullivan Honor” was awarded as a way to signify the Honorees’ efforts in championing human rights, democracy, good governance, poverty eradication, and a commitment to solving Africa’s ailing issues in economic development. H.E. John A. Kufuor H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo On a special note, US Agency for International Development Administrator Dr. Rajiv Shah was also in attendance and gave a speech stating, “We (USAID) remain committed to making sure we engage with the continent and its leaders and its entrepreneurs, its women farmers, its medical doctors, its patients, in a manner that is respectful, in a manner that prioritizes partnerships, in a manner that respects the great innovation and incredible success of so many African economies, that even during this challenging time for the global community are growing at 7, 8, 9, or 10%.” The role of development: promoting economic growth, eradicating poverty, and creating an environment of hope, is one in part of the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation’s ideals. Dr. Shah went on to say, “We stand with you in a spirit of real partnership and support, and we seek to learn as much from our engagements on the continent as we have to offer…” Distinguished guests of the night included members of congress such as Congressman Bobby Rush, who was honored with the title of “Sullivan Soldier”—a title that is given to individuals for their commitment toward building community service projects and providing a voice to individuals who have none. Other Sullivan Soldiers included Reverend Peter Mathews, Reverend Tony Lee, and Ralph Perkins. Congressman Bobby Rush, in the opening of his speech, paid tribute to the late Rev. Sullivan stating that, “Dr. Leon Sullivan was a visionary who saw beyond our problems and recognized our potential, he saw beyond our differences and recognized our distinction, he saw beyond our poverty and recognized our prosperity. Let me remind you that the Sullivan Principles are the proven pathways for Africa and the diaspora…” 24 Copyright February 2012 © Nubian Enterprises
