generating any nonmoving of old parts.
 Leading Cost Reduction Projects in Export Assembly and in Spare Part Packaging
departments.
 Releasing weekly and monthly Production Schedules for vendors as per management sales plan.
 Following up supplies of vendors for streamline production without affecting any kind of loss for quality
and quantity.
 Maintaining inventory of goods for outside vendors with sufficient lead to avoid production crises.
Responsible for payment issues of vendors, Inventory of goods and PIV of input materials.
 Interfacing with Production and Dispatch Department as per the targets for daily planning of the
production and input material supply sequence.
 Collecting quotation, data for new components for cost negotiation and interfacing with commercial team
for finalization of the purchase order.
 Development of packing material, Validating drawings and specifications of packing material,
Preparation of SIR, Planning for Pilot batch, SOP & monitoring Change Management System.
 Help finance to release cost of the vehicle by preparing packing BOM for export vehicles.
