Working as a Jr. Accounts Officer in ‘M/s. Chemin Controls & Instrumentation Pvt.
Ltd.,’ Puducherry from March 2013. M/s. Chemin is in Instrumentation business in India
since 1981 undertaking consultancy, service and manufacturing activities for various
Power/Chemical Plants and manufacturing innovative solar powered fabricated portable
houses/offices.
My Responsibilities:-
1. Overall maintaining books of accounts, finalization, and compliance of statutory
aspects with reporting to Sr. Manager (Finance) and Sr. Vice-President
(Operations).
2. Preparation of MIS on monthly basis on following:
a) Cost sheets of Projects, Break Even Analysis and Receivables.
b) Statutory and general commitment payables.
3. Preparation of documents for rating by SMERA Rating Agency Ltd. for MSME
and BSR Rating.
4. Part of ISO, OHSAS and 5S Team.
5. Financial planning and allocating funds to projects sites.
6. Monthly reconciliation of accounts and stores records.
7. Liaise with company bankers, tax consultants, auditors, government bodies, in
relation to operational requirement of company.
8. Online filing of monthly VAT returns and issue of C-Form and E1 Forms.
9. Preparing Form 15CA and other statutory compliance for wire transfer of Foreign
Currencies.
 Previous Company Profile & Job Profile:
Worked as an Audit Assistant in ‘M/s. Ganesan and Company (Chartered Accountants)
Puducherry from June 2011 to February 2013 with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and
SAP (Business One). M/s. Ganesan & Co. is a market leader as Chartered Accountants
since 1962 in Puducherry and Tamilnadu circle.
My Responsibilities:-
1. Maintaining and auditing of Accounts of various companies in and around
Pondicherry,
2. Conducting Internal Audits, stock audits and special audits in Government/other
Companies.
3. Part of Internal Audit Team of Textile and Power Generation Company.
4. Tax Planning for clients and undertaking Statutory Compliance.
5. Preparation of Provisional and Projected financial statements.
