Bishal Tea Gross Association Pvt.Ltd. is a private organic tea manufacturing
company located in Guwahati, Assam, India; which emphasizes mainly on
organic tea manufacturing. The major associates of this company are the small
tea growers of Assam, who specifically cultivates organic tea plantations. This
company is established under the Indian partnership act 1932.
Our main goal is to bring sustainability and growth to the local rural economy.
Our prime focus is to provide small-scale tea farmers with the opportunity of fair
pay and growth.
MISSION AND VISION
The mission of Bishal Tea Gross Association Pvt. Ltd. is to provide healthy
organic tea to the customers and with very considerable price. The vision of our
company is to strongly focus on organic tea, which means that new business
ventures will be in this domain. it is commitment of this nature that has seen the
company outperforming its Indian peers in one of the most difficult business
environments the industry has ever seen.

JOB DUTIES OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
The primary function of this role is to head the Bishal Tea Gross Association as
MD to success, growth and profitability.
The role holder needs to be able to share the vision and values of Bishal Tea
Gross Association and be able to execute the shared vision.
To have a strong digital orientation and be able to create a successful digital
marketing for this product.
To present and reach an agreement on short, medium and long term initiatives to
achieve the strategic objectives of the company.
To be able to focus on how and translate goals into actions.
MARKETING DIRECTOR: JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB DUTIES OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns,
events and digital marketing.
Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media
reputation and recognition.
Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and
programs.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and
accounting policies and procedures.

Monitor workers on site during production activities to ensure adherence to ethics and

Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high
production standards.
Check finished products to ensure quality, and that industry standards are met before

DRIVERS: JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION:

Other Requirements 3 to 4 years driving experience.
DUTIES OF DRIVERS
Export and import the goods.
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle.
Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient.
Drive company vehicles to pick or drop employees.
Deliver important documents to required destinations.

The major associates of this company are the small tea growers of Assam, who specifically cultivates organic tea plantations. This company is established under the Indian partnership act 1932. Our main goal is to bring sustainability and growth to the local rural economy. Our prime focus is to provide small-scale tea farmers with the opportunity of fair pay and growth.

The vision of our company is to strongly focus on organic tea, which means that new business ventures will be in this domain. it is commitment of this nature that has seen the company outperforming its Indian peers in one of the most difficult business environments the industry has ever seen.

Evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality. Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards obtainable in the industry. Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards. Check finished products to ensure quality, and that industry standards are met before they are declared ready for use. Keep records of workers performance.

  • 35. DUTIES OF DRIVERS Export and import the goods. Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle. Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times. Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient. Drive company vehicles to pick or drop employees. Deliver important documents to required destinations.
