Dr. Martin Poulter gave a presentation about harnessing pedantry for peaceful ends through wikis. He discussed how wikis like Wikipedia, Wikisource, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikibooks can be used to spread knowledge in a collaborative manner. Poulter also highlighted upcoming events in October to celebrate Ada Lovelace's bicentennial that will focus on women in science and other areas.
