As the License Review Operations Manager at Garmendia Consulting Group, I am
writing with great pleasure to recommend Mr. Storey for the position of (fill in job
position here).
From May to July of 2016, Brandon traveled to Madrid to enlighten his work
experience with a global perspective and strengthen his skills with a demanding
internship. As an Operations Management Intern at Garmendia, his role was to
provide detailed analyses and ratings of companies, provide weekly reports of high
profile clients, research potential contacts of companies in addition to aiding our in-
office clients if needed. At any one time, he had five to nine different obligations to
fulfill often for multiple people. I was highly impressed of Brandon’s time
management skills in addition to his ability to effectively work with multiple co-
workers at once. Even more impressive was the fact that he could often work
around the language barrier that could be difficult for others here at Garmendia.
Often, the work to be done was in a foreign language such as Portuguese, French, or
Spanish, which was not an obstacle for him, as his work quality was never affected.
Over his two-month internship, Brandon was a crucial asset to our team. As
consulting can be a fast paced career, it was vital that Brandon could learn quickly
the software databases we work with along with the structure of the consulting and
audit process. In the first week, we had a meeting briefly explaining the basics,
which Brandon in turn built on by himself and was able to use his quickly adapted
skills to work with Business Process Manager and Microsoft Excel, as needed to aide
our consulting team.
I wish Brandon the best of luck in his future endeavors and fully endorse him for
