1. Re. Stefano Sandri Reference
To Whom It May Concern,
Stefano has been working with Jack Morton for about 4 months on a research project that has helped
him complete his thesis, while at the same time allowing Jack Morton to produce an Asian White
Paper on the marketing opportunities within the Hong Kong media landscape.
It is the first time we have taken on an marketing intern, and from what Stefano has achieved via his
attitude and hard work, it is something we will look at again.
His motivation and commitment to come into a whole new business environment with very little prior
knowledge has seen him become a valuable member of the team, and as such could well be offered a
future full time role.
His intellect and understanding of situations has allowed him to fit seamlessly into the office
environment meaning he has been able to undertake both his and the company’s work requirements.
Due to the office structure and the internal work load he has had to be very organized, focused, hard
working and above all prepared at a moment’s notice to help out with other work. He has undertaken
this without hesitation or issue.
His overall organization and communication skills have allowed us at all times to know how he is
progressing with his required tasks and his understanding of our requirements have meant he has
found solutions to some internal problems.
In an office where there are 8 different cultures and languages his excellent command of the English
language has allowed him to communicate effortlessly with everyone. Added to this his German skills
came in handy when we had a new member of staff join the company.
When he leaves us he will have undertaken some strong work culminating in our white paper that will
be distributed to the Asian and global offices for future uses.
Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending Stefano as I am sure he will be a great asset to
any company.
