I’m a passionate professional who loves to challenge the status quo everywhere I work. “Doing the work and improving the work is the work” is a lemma I strongly believe in. Constantly trying to understand the whole value chain, so that my actions improve global value, instead of local optimizations. I love to grow and maintain strong relationships with people around me, so as to exchange experiences, share knowledge and ultimately help each other grow personally and professionally. I’ve been working in an Agile environment for 4+ years, currently leading the Agile Center of Excellence, from where we are helping our organization become Agile.
