ACMP Global Conference - Best Practices in Change Communications
This session introduces proven best practices for designing change communications strategies that work. Grounded in the latest research in change management and drawing on Ingenium’s proprietary Results Map methodology for strategic communications and change planning, this workshop will illustrate how communications can become the “drumbeat” of change. Participants will learn practical skills and techniques for shaping communications approaches and messages in support of change management.
