Mr. and Mrs. Belvedere are looking to design a universally accessible and ADA compliant bathroom in their new home that incorporates Zen and spa-inspired elements. The design will include a walk-in tub, large shower, floating oak vanity, slate tile flooring, and accessories like spa rocks and orchids to create a tranquil and relaxing space. Aromatherapy scents will also be used to enhance the Zen atmosphere.

Mrs. & Mr. Belvedere is looking to purchase a brand new home in the city of
Singapore. For flexibility, and accessibility, the owners would like their bathroom
design to be universally designed and ADA compliant. These owners have a strong
sense of a tranquility and balance therefore, designing a Zen spa inspired space
would be perfect. Sufficient storage, shelving is also a necessary need for towels,
washcloths and etc. The custom double floating oak vanity will leave the space feeling
light and airy. For cleaning purposes, a gray slate tile will be used and spa rocks will be
placed around the walk in tub to add a tranquil sensation. Not only will there a walk in
tub, the shower is large enough for two and an overhead rain shower will be installed. In
addition, it will be accessorized with bamboo, more spa rocks, and an arrangement of
orchids. Also, the design of this room is not the only thing that will attract your
attention, the smell of lavender, chamomile, orange, basil, lemon and cypress will
instantly be inhaled and your daily aromatherapy session will begin. The purpose of
this bathroom is to satisfy the owner’s wish list while providing a high style tranquil
place to relax and de-stress.
