Former Molten Metal owner Charles Saulson transitioned from steel
fabrication to real estate development in the late 1990s. Through Molten
Development and Bowery Boyz, LLC, Charles Saulson worked on numerous
construction projects in the New York metropolitan area.
3. New Real Estate Development in New

In October of 2014, New York real estate news outlet The Real Deal
announced some of the city’s latest development projects. On the Lower
East Side, a 1.1 million square-foot facility on 227 Cherry Street will be built
on a site formerly occupied by Pathmark. The residential and commercial
mixed-use building will consist of 13 stories. To accommodate the large
facility, a 137-space garage is included in the plans.

Similarly, Harlem’s Victoria Theater is slated for renovation; when finished, it
will include 172,067 square feet for residential use and 203,120 square feet
for commercial use. A total of 28 stories, it is expected to reach a height of
300 feet. The original facade facing 125th Street is expected to remain part
of the structure.
