marketing plan for your network marketing business. If you follow along
and complete each step, you will have a simple and practical game-plan
to move your business forward.

Overview
This is your PLAN for your business
Failing to plan is planning to fail (I’d bet 99 in
100 network marketers do not have a plan)
Without a plan, you will not reach your
destination
It must be written down on paper
It should be kept to one page and be simple
and easy to follow
It is a living, breathing document that can
change and will change
You should refer to it daily and monitor you
progress

Selling
Proposition
• What makes you different from everyone else
in the company and industry?
• Why should people do business with you?
• What do you have to offer others?
• Should be no more than 1-2 sentences
People want to work with me because I am a No B.S.
Network Marketing Professional. I provide great
training and support to my team and I always lead by
example.
7. Vision Statement
• This is your long-term destination
• Where do you see your business in 5-10 years?
• What rank do you want to achieve?
• How much will you earn?
• How big will your team be?
• Why are you doing the business?
By December 31, 2025, I will be a Diamond with 100 downline Diamonds. I will have a team of more than 2 million total
people and I will earn more than $3 million per year.

• How do you want to help others?
To help people get healthy and wealthy.

• What is your overall marketing strategy?
• How will you build the business?
• What is your overall game plan to retail and
recruit?
I build my business 100% online via my blog, videos,
podcasts, email marketing and paid advertising. I lead
with the business, recruit lots of people, and let the
serious people identify themselves.

• 3-5 goals is perfect
• Think about rank, title, earnings, team size, etc.
• Focus on things you can control
Example
I will enroll 7,320 PEMs in HB Naturals (20 per day)
I will reach Diamond
I will earn $400,000 or more and achieve the title of
500k earner
I will add 250,000 new team members
I will attend the company event in February

12. Example Daily Mode of Operations
I will spend 4-hours per day to grow my business. During that time, this is what I will do.
To grow my team, I will:
• Send daily Herculist Email
• Send daily Top Surfer Email
• Send daily List Joe Email
• Follow 50 people, share 5 Tweets on Twitter
• Leave 2 blog comments
• Leave 2 Warrior Forum Comments
• Follow 50 people, respond to replies and post a question on Wealthy Affiliate
• Send 20 connection requests, 3 private messages and share 3 links on LinkedIn
• Create and publish one new paid ad daily
• Monitor ads on MLM Gateway, Bing PPC and Solo Ads
• Mail out 5 postcards daily
To support my team, I will:
• Update team Facebook group daily (post training and recognition)
• Monitor the CO-OP daily (look for new places to advertise, track stats, add new
members, etc.)
• Facebook Live to train the team (3x per week)
• Team webinar (every Tuesday)
• Weekly email (every Thursday)
• Respond to emails and Facebook questions
• Talk with my top 5 leaders daily
• Mail one handwritten note daily
13. Creating Your Business & Marketing Plan
• Once you have gone through each of these sections and written out your
answers you compile everything into a single one-page document
• You then review and edit as needed
• Once finished, you print it off
• Share it with your spouse/partner and coach
• Read it daily and make sure you stay on track
14. Putting It All Together
• Every entrepreneur needs a business plan
• Failing to plan is planning to fail
• Your plan should be simple and no more than 1-2 pages
• Refer to your plan frequently
• Update it as needed
