Ciklum PM Education has already proven to be an important part of Team Leads’ continuous leadership skills development process. During the Kick-off event in September Ciklum Team leads had an opportunity to find out new education formats prepared for the upcoming season, get an overview on how the PM education has developed in Kiev and in locations and get inspired by key messages on crucial roles of leadership in the life of organization.

1. PM Education – New season – Kick-off event, September 23rd.
Ciklum PM Education has already proven to be an important part of Team Leads’ continuous
leadership skills development process. During the Kick-off event Ciklum Team leads had an
opportunity to find out new education formats prepared for the upcoming season, get an
overview on how the PM education has developed in Kiev and in locations and get inspired
by key messages on crucial roles of leadership in the life of organization.
A special highlight of the event were keynote speakers – Ciklum managers and guest-speakers (external trainers,
Ciklum top managers, special guests from client side), who shared their view on the concept of overall Leader-ship,
the role of a Leader within the organization and gave a glimpse on how the Program would help to build the
Leadership culture and future success of the teams in Ciklum:

• Vera Shatskaya, trainer invited for the special course within the program – Targeted Course for Middle Managers

The PM Education program evolved from simple regular workshops format into the complex and consistent
program covering the needs of all levels of managers in Ciklum. Originally the program was launched in Kiev in the
beginning of 2013 and contained workshops and PM clubs on soft and hard skills. Over the past two years it
evolved into complex and consistent program presented in all Ciklum locations in Ukraine and Belarus. We
enriched the diversity of formats and customized them to the needs of different groups of managers. Now the
program covers educational needs of more than 250 managers.
We are also proud to share that we are integrating a new tailor-made Targeted Course for Middle Managers into
the PM Education program this season. Targeted Course is aimed at developing and practicing skills required
from managers for effective leadership. We have invited external trainers who will help our managers build exper-tise
in the IT industry. The first module of the programs starts on the 10-11th of October. We are happy to keep
our followers posted on the progress and success of this course specially developed and shaped for education of
IT leaders in Ciklum.
We were delighted by participants’ eagerness to gain new knowledge and the openness which they showed
during the discussion of the new upcoming season!
