Tips for Emotional Management’

Recently, my Emotional Management Training Program has become more well-
known and been recognized by many clients in different industries. Considering
that emotions are the root cause of how people behave and perform, So, today, I
would like to provide a few tips for managing of your emotions:-
In case that the emotion has already occurred, identify the name of
emotion in a short word such as 'fear', 'worry', 'frustrate', etc. If there are
many emotions, identify all of them. We can identify them by writing or
calling their names. Then, we speak to them "I know you" "You are not
welcome" "You cannot influence my life anymore". The reason to do this
is helping us not to keep emotions inside without awareness of them and
let them lead our lives. Let them appear and let go of them. Normally,
when we aware of their appearance, they will have less influence on us.
Separate ourselves from emotions. Emotions are not us. We can't even
touch them. They actually are not tangible but we create them in our mind
as the result of our responding to stimulus. The true us is pure and
lighthearted.
Always be aware that we are the real boss of our lives. So, we are the
persons who lead, manage, and control our destiny, not our emotions.
Don't let it destroy our true power.
