Thanks to its set of 25 emotions combined with sounds, its rounded and cute design, HEASY-ER interacts
with humans in its environments and creates an empathetic link with them – kids as well as grown-ups are
always happy to interact with HEASY-ER!

Results obtained:
• 78 sessions a day
• 1 feedback for 2 sessions
• Mean interaction duration: 1min 07s
• 1,1 apps used per session (mostly : BUS)
• 79% positive feedbacks collected
• 3 phases:
• Welcoming Only
• Welcoming and Guiding to elevators
• Welcoming & Guiding on 2 levels

24. Welcoming in a Shopping Mall
Two HEASY Robots at in two E.Leclerc Shopping Malls
In competition with : Static Kiosks (2 shopping malls) & Mobile App (650
shopping malls)
Results obtained:
• 21 times more participants than with the
static kiosk
• 3 times more participants than with the
mobile app
• Followed by the acquisition of 10 robots
in 2019.

25. Welcoming in a Gas Station // Highway rest station
A HEASY Robot at the Total Gas Station in Narbonne
Results obtained:
• 11 000 sessions over the whole period
(foot traffic: 210 000 persons)
• 17 sessions per hour when the robot
was in use
• We collected a lot of feedback from the
Gas Station Team, people were happy to
have the robot around them
