This document discusses the challenges faced by communications service providers (CSPs) in the digital world, including decreased revenue and customer churn. It introduces the concept of "billing of everything for everyone" to address these challenges through a customer-centric approach involving partnerships between CSPs and various digital service providers. An example case study is presented of a telco implementing this approach by partnering with a car box manufacturer and application provider to offer connected car services and billing the customer for all services through a single invoice. The document promotes Comarch Convergent Billing as an enabling solution to support these new digital billing scenarios.
